Nail Of The Day – Rimmel 60 Seconds 231 Blue-Eyed Girl & Essence Mountain Calling Snow Effect Top Coat 01 Snow Alert / Nail Art Challenge #11 Polka Dots

Hi there! Today’s post is about another mani I did recently.

This mani is my attempt at Polka Dots – which is challenge #11 of the 31 Days Nail Art Challenge. I don’t really like polka dot manis, so this is the closest I’ll ever get to sporting polka dots on my nails.

Anyway, with this mani I was going for a blue and white Christmas look. Whilst I think red, green and gold are the typical Christmas colours, quite a few people seem to prefer blue, silver and white.

So for this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel 60 Seconds 231 Blue-Eyed Girl (2 coats).

And I used a limited edition topper – Essence Mountain Calling Snow Effect Top Coat 01 Snow Alert.

Does this mani look christmassey? No, not really. But I think it looks like winter. And the white glitter really looks like snow. And I actually like how this mani isn’t all red, green & gold. 🙂
