  1. Hello, friend. How are you? I’m way behind reading! Little Bit has been soooo sick for a solid week. My husband, too. I’m getting their sickness now. Yippee. I really love those sets of blue nails. Cheery. Those spams are very weird. Hope you’re doing well.

    • Hey sweetness, I hope you’re OK despite everything. I know you haven’t posted much lately, and I remember the ‘overcoming writer’s block’ post. But then – silence. I thought you were busy with life, the move, Little Bit and life’s daily surprises. But I didn’t know yoy guys have been (and are still) ill. What a start into the new year… 😦

On a positive note, things can only get better! And I wish you, your husband and Little Bit a speedy recovery. ♥♥♥

I’ve managed not to get sick this winter. I had a bad chest infection a few months ago (I think it was still autumn) but I’ve been OK since then. Hope it stays this way – otherwise my husband will have to take care of the household again whilst I’m coughing and snoring 24/7… 😀

      • Omg! That made me laugh so hard I coughed!! I’m glad you’re well. That thing you had in the fall was awful! Probably similar to this. My husband got it first… As long as Little Bit can rest, that’s all that matters.

How’s work? Any computer mishaps lately?

      • I hope you guys get well soon. But if not, please see a doctor. If it’s a bacterial infection, you will need antibiotics, there’s no way around it. Saying this, I really hope it’s just a viral thing and you’ll be in good health again soon. xoxo

Work’s OK. Lots of changes are coming. Let’s see how things are going. But if they won’t allow people to work from home anymore, I’ll leave.

Computer mishaps – yes and no. WordPress seems to have made a few changes for the better since the ast update. The worst thing I had to deal with is their ‘no file input’ but refreshing the page solves the ‘problem’ (well, it’s not really a problem) every time. 🙂

I have major problems with Windows 10 because the computer does its updates whenever it wants – and then it shuts down and restarts whenever it wants. And it’s not giving me any notice which is very annoying… ah well, 1st world problems…

How are things with you (apart from everyone being ill)?

      • Oh man, hope your job turns out the way you want it to! We’ve been to the doctor a week ago- all tests negative, so it’s probably viral, she said. Been a long road- no sleep at night- coughing. We are all tired with a hint of grumpy! Ha. Praying for sunlight and healthy lungs! ❤️

      • Amen! I can’t wait for the winter to be over. I really hate the colder seasons. I don’t want to wear layers and layers of clothing and still be cold… let’s be honest… once you’re cold, you’ll catch a cold!

I’m glad to hear you have been to a doctor. I too hope it’s viral thing. It might take 4 to 6 weeks for the infection to clear up, but at least you don’t have to take pills and risk all sorts of side effects.

Sorry to hear you’re not getting any sleep because of the constant coughing. It must be equally frustrating and draining. I hope you and your loved ones will be better soon. I’m sending you extra warm hugs and kisses (from a safe distance).

And don’t overdo anything. Rest and drink plenty of fluids, OK?

      • Yes ma’am. Guess I won’t tell you I loaded 2 pick up loads of wood today, moved a big wooden picnic table by myself, pulled a refrigerator out of the way to mop behind it, and scrubbed toilets today and drove 130 miles. 🙂 🙂 🙂
