100% Vegan & Cruelty-Free – Superdrug Naturally Radiant Brightening Day Cream (Normal To Dry Skin)

Hi there! Today’s post is about Superdrug‘s Naturally Radiant Brightening Day Cream for normal to dry skin (there is also a face cream for normal to combination skin, but I haven’t tried that one).

This day cream with SPF 15 promises to hydrate and brighten skin with the help of sugar beet and fruit extracts. It also claims to make skin feel softer, smoother and more energised. I’ve been using this product on and off since mid-February. And here’s what I think!

The first thing I need to mention is that this moisturiser is very rich. It’s as rich as the matching night cream. So if you don’t have dry skin, this is not your ideal face cream. However, if you have dry skin, this one’s definitely worth a try!

I can’t comment much on this face cream’s brightening properties. This is because, thanks to a number of different skin brightening products which I’ve been using for a while now, I don’t think that my skin could look any brighter. Having said that, I know from experience that skin brightness and radiance need to be maintained, otherwise it’s back to dull and uneven skin in no time. So… I do think that this face cream helps maintain my skin’s brightness.

I’m not sure whether this face cream makes my skin look more energised. But it makes my skin feel smooth, soft and plump which is nice!

Superdrug‘s Naturally Radiant Brightening Day Cream is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. The 50ml pot is £5.99 which is great value. On top of that, Superdrug runs BOGOF or half price promotions frequently. I paid £2.95 for this face cream! 🙂

    • Thank you!

I know you’re using some of my favourite SD products, I read your last post! 🙂 I’m sorry I couldn’t click like or comment (I really wanted to). I have identified about 30 blogs (self-hosted and WP) where this issue seems to persist. I’m looking into the matter.

By the way, I’m looking forward to trying Superdrug’s vitamin E serum which I’ve had in my stash for some time. Your 😍 awesome 😍review made me curious, so once my current ampoule is finished, SD’s vitamin E serum will be next. 🙂
