100% Vegan & Cruelty-Free – Superdrug Naturally Radiant Moisturising Facial Oil

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Superdrug Naturally Radiant Moisturising Facial Oil with kiwi fruit and mulberry extracts. This facial oil promises to moisturise, brighten, renew and soften the skin.

The instructions state that you should massage 1-2 drops of facial oil into your skin (after cleansing). For a more intensive moisture boost, you should use the facial oil under your night cream.

I’ve been using this facial oil on and off for about 2 months now, and I’m enjoying it very much. I love how it feels on my skin and that it plays well with my other skin care products and with my foundation. And I love how nourishing the facial oil is. At the moment it’s helping my skin heal after an unpleasant psoriasis flare-up.

Based on my experience, I’d recommend this Superdrug Naturally Radiant Moisturising Facial Oill. It’s available as 30ml for £7.99. I paid £3.99 (half price offer at Superdrug). Also, this facial oil is certified cruelty-free (it carries the Leaping Bunny logo), and it’s suitable for vegans!

Imperial Leather SkinKind Raspberry & Lime Blossom Enriching Body Wash, Carex Drumsticks Squashies Bubblegum Shower & Bath

Hi there! Today’s post is about 2 shower gels that I started to use last week – Imperial Leather SkinKind Raspberry & Lime Blossom Enriching Body Wash and Carex Drumsticks Squashies Bubblegum Shower & Bath.

Let’s start with Imperial Leather SkinKind Raspberry & Lime Blossom Enriching Body Wash which is pretty much what you’d expect it to be. The shower gel is cleansing but feels gentle, and the raspberry and lime blossom adds a nice floral-fruity touch. I like this shower gel, but I don’t love it.

Onto Carex Drumsticks Squashies Bubblegum Shower & Bath which isn’t as nice as expected. The original bubble gum fragrance that Carex used to have in their hand soap was much better compared to whatever it is that they used in this shower gel. Also, this shower gel isn’t very cleansing, so it’s only for when you haven’t broken a sweat. I’m not impressed.

If you’re interested, Imperial Leather SkinKind Raspberry & Lime Blossom Enriching Body Wash and Carex Drumsticks Squashies Bubblegum Shower & Bath are available as 400ml each. I paid £1 each.

Oriflame Mirage Eau De Parfum

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Oriflame Mirage Eau De Parfum. Mirage contains the following notes: elemi, orange and mandarin (top notes), vetiver, rose and jasmine (heart notes), and amber, sandalwood and vanilla (base notes).

Mirage is one of those fragrances that cannot be described quickly or easily. It is spectacular. It is unique. I’d say this is the fragrance that Thierry Mugler (RIP, TM!) would have created for Moira Rose! The overall feel of Mirage is spicy, green, balsamic and mysterious. While vetiver and rose play important roles in this fragrant drama, the green, resinous and almost medicinal shades of the elemi note are the stars of the show. I can smell the elemi note on me for hours – and I’m loving it!

I think that Oriflame Mirage Eau De Parfum is one of the best fragrances I’ve ever had the pleasure of smelling. I will treasure my 50ml bottle (this means that I’ll use the fragrance, but I won’t waste it on random trips to the grocery store or the dentist, etc) because – unfortunately – Mirage has been discontinued. 😢

Radox Raspberry Scent Bath Bomb

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Radox Raspberry Scent Bath Bomb. I saw 2 different bath bombs at B&M Bargains for £1 each, and I thought I’d give both of them a try. I already reviewed the other one (blueberry), and I’ve now given this raspberry bath bomb a try.

I liked the blueberry bath bomb, so I had certain expectations for the raspberry one too. I used this bath bomb today, and I like it. The raspberry scent is fresh and fruity (but it could be stronger). I also liked that the bath bomb left my skin feeling nicely hydrated.

If you’re interested, Radox Raspberry Scent Bath Bomb is available as a 100g single-use bath bomb. How much you pay will depend on where you shop!

Yves Saint Laurent Elle Limited Edition 2011, Yves Saint Laurent Elle Limited Edition 2012

Hi there! Today’s post is about 2 fragrances I’m about to finish – Yves Saint Laurent Elle Limited Edition 2011 and Yves Saint Laurent Elle Limited Edition 2012.

Let’s start with Yves Saint Laurent Elle Limited Edition 2012! This fragrance contains the following notes: peony, grapefruit and mandarin (top notes), jasmine, pink pepper and raspberry (heart notes), and benzoin, amber and vetiver (base notes).

I love this fragrance! I cannot believe that it doesn’t have patchouli in the notes. To me, it smells like a modern citrus-floral-patchouli fragrance. It’s a lighter version of the original Elle fragrance. Of these 2 limited edition fragrances, I like this one a little more. If they relaunched this limited edition, I’d pick up 2-3 more bottles (yes, the big 90ml ones) right away.

Onto Yves Saint Laurent Elle Limited Edition 2011 which contains the following notes: grapefruit and peony (top notes), jasmine and pink pepper (heart notes), and benzoin, amber and vetiver (base notes).

I love this fragrance too! It’s similar to the 2012 limited edition, but this one has a lot less of that phantom patchouli note. At the same time, it has a considerably more prominent grapefruit note. Gorgeous! This fragrance is bit stronger and a tad more longlasting than the 2012 edition. If this one was relaunched, I’d also repurchase it (1-2 bottles).

Yves Saint Laurent Elle Limited Edition 2011 and Yves Saint Laurent Elle Limited Edition 2012 are available as 90ml (if you can find them on ebay).

BioBelle Perfect Radiance Facial Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about this BioBelle Perfect Radiance Facial Mask. I received this face mask as a present from a friend. I don’t know how much she paid, but I know my friend bought it at TK Maxx – that bit of the price tag was intact!

Alrighty, this mask promises to boost skin radiance and to “illuminate your look”. Further down on the pack it says that the mask brightens the skin, treats an uneven skin tone and softens the skin. Simply use this mask after you’ve cleansed your face, and leave it on for 15 minutes. That’s all.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s alright. It’s not my favourite face mask, but it’s definitely a decent mask that was pleasant to use. The mask had a subtle orangey scent, and it felt hydrating without being sticky. I didn’t notice any immediate skin improvement, but I liked the feel of the mask.

I’m glad I was able to give this mask a try. If you’re interested, BioBelle Perfect Radiance Facial Mask is available as a 25g single-use face mask.

Farm Skin Tomato Revitalizing Sheet Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Farm Skin Tomato Revitalizing Sheet Mask. This mask promises to refine, soften, nourish and feed the skin for a more youthful look. Put the mask on after you’ve cleansed your face. Enjoy it for about 15 minutes before you take it off and massage the essence into the skin.

I tried 6 masks from this brand before, and I left this one for last. I love all things tomato, and I had high hopes for this mask. And I wasn’t disappointed! This mask is great. It bursts with hydration, it made my skin look fresh and glowing, and it made my skin feel super soft too.

Based on my experience, I would recommend this face mask to everyone! If you’re interested, Farm Skin Tomato Revitalizing Sheet Mask is part of Farm Skin’s Superfood 7 Pcs face mask set which I bought for £6.99 (TK Maxx). Also, this face mask is vegan!
