Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel Rice Bran

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel Rice Bran. This product promises to exfoliate your skin. All you need to do is use a small amount (half a teaspoon tops) of gel – simply rub it all over your face. The gel will ball up – hence the exfoliating effect.

I started to use this product a few weeks ago, and I love it! This product exfoliates my skin well, and it makes my skin feel soft. It also removes make-up like nothing else – I love to use this peeling gel instead of a cleanser (but only when I’m about to step into the shower anyway as the balled-up cleaning gel is rather messy). I tried 3 other peeling gels from this brand, and whilst I loved them all, I like the rice bran scent the most. It fits the clean theme of the product perfectly!

Based on my experience, I’d recommend this product. If you’re interested, Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel with Rice Bran is available as 180ml. I believe I paid £4 (TK Maxx).

Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel Apricot

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel with Apricot. This easy-to-use product promises to exfoliate skin. All you have to do is massage a small amount of peeling gel (half a teaspoon tops) over your face and neck. The gel balls up – and this is how it exfoliates your skin. Ekél recommends the product be used once a week.

I’ve been using this peeling gel once to twice weekly for a few weeks now, and I’m enjoying it very much. I’ve already used a few peeling gels from this brand, and I’m happy to report that this apricot version is simply lovely. I’m satisfied that this peeling gel removes dead skin cells and takes care of rough and dry patches, and that it makes my skin feel super soft.

Based on my experience, I’d recommend this peeling gel to anyone who’s looking for a gentle, yet effective facial exfoliating product. Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel with Apricot is available as 180ml. I paid £4 (TK Maxx).

Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel Apple

Hi there! Today’s post is about Ekél‘s Natural Clean Peeling Gel with Apple. This product promises gentle exfoliation. You’re supposed to massage a small amount of product all over your cleansed and dry face. Then rinse, and that’s it!

I’ve previously reviewed Ekel’s Grape Peel, so I’m not just reviewing this product. I’m comparing it with its sister product as well. 🙂

First of all, a few months ago I started to use the Grape Peel as a make-up remover. I’ve been using it once or twice a week to take my make-up off right before my evening shower. And it works perfectly! I’m now alternating between the Grape Peel and the Apple Peel, and here’s what I think…

Ekél’s Apple Gel is pretty much as effective as the Grape Peel. Whilst I rub it all over my face, it balls up, thus removing make-up, dead skin cells and all sorts of gunk that clogs up pores. However, the Apple Peel doesn’t smell as yummy as the grape peel, and I’ve also noticed that the Apple Peel is a bit thinner which means it takes a bit longer for the product to be effective (=ball up).

All in all, this is a very good product, and I would recommend it to everyone. And if you love the scent of fresh apples in cosmetics, I have no doubt that you’ll love this product! 🙂

Ekél‘s Natural Clean Peeling Gel with Apple is available as 180ml. I spent £4.99 (TK Maxx).

Haul! Nail Polish, Skin, Body & Hair Care, Korean Beauty, Sheet Masks, Scinic, Ciaté, L’Oréal, MoYou London, Revlon, Aussie & Many More!

Hi there! Today’s post is about the products I bought in November and December 2017. Well, it’s about most of the products I bought. I forgot to take pictures of a few things before I stashed them away… Anyway, let me show you the products I remembered to photograph. 🙂

1 Cellio It’s True Moisture Skin Pearl (£6) – this is, apparently, a toner. I’m looking forward to trying it.

2 Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel Apricot (£4) – this is my 4th product from this brand. I can’t wait to give it a try!

3 Scinic Honey All In One Ampoule (£12.99) – I can’t believe it’s mine! Finally! At the moment I’m using Scinic’s Aqua Ampoule, so this one will have to wait…

4 The Crème Shop – Charcoal & Lemonade Fusion Sheet Masks (£4.99 for a pack of 5 masks) – I’ve already used one of these masks and I’ll post the review in a couple of days.

5 Luxe Beauty Care Charcoal Spa Treatment Mask (£4.99 for a pack of 5 masks) – I bought these because they looked similar to these fantastic masks. I’ll try to test and review these masks asap!

6 Cellio It’s True Moisture Cream (£8) – the awesome packaging lured me in. And I love that this skin care range is called “It’s True”.

7 Cellio It’s True Deep Cleansing & Massage Cream (£6) – this one looks awesome too!

8- 10 Radox Feel Free, Feel Lively & Feel Fresh (£1.48 each, photo deleted by accident) – I’ve never tried these shower gels, and when I spotted them for half price, I thought “why not”. 🙂

11 – 13 Superdrug Face Masks – 99p each with a 3 for 2 offer. 🙂

14 L’Oréal Multi-Masking Play Kit – this was £3.50 for 3 x 10ml which, I think, is good value. In addition, this set gives me the chance to try these L’Oréal masks without having to commit to buying 3 full-sized jars. 🙂

15 + 16 TRESemmé Colour Shampoo & Conditioner – these were £2.69 each (half price offer).

17- 21 MoYou London Stamping Plates (Sci-Fi 4 + 7, Hipster 18, Rebel 6 + 7) – these were between £4.50 and £5.99 with an additional 20% discount. By the way, if you’d like to order from MoYou, you can get 10% off if you order through this link.

22 – 25 Aussie Mega Shampoo & Conditioner, Aussie Colour Mate Shampoo & Conditioner – these were £1.95 each (half price offer).

26 Boots Time Delay Wrinkle Reduce Collage Boosting Wrinkle Filler – this was £5 only. Apparently the entire Time Delay collection is getting a makeover, so everything’s on special!

27 + 28 Revlon 050 White On White – I always pick up clear and white polishes from Poundworld and the likes. These were £1 each!

29 Boots Time Delay Deep Cleansing Facial Exfoliator – this was £3 only!

30 Ciaté Mini Mani Month 2017 – this is £50 on Ciaté’s web site, but I got this for £13. The box was a little damaged, and I guess this is why they reduced the price, but all the seals were still intact, so I knew there weren’t any polishes missing. 🙂

How pretty are those polishes?!

This is most of what I bought in November and December. But I’m sure I’ll buy a few more bits and bobs on Boxing Day… Anyway, have you tried any of these products? Or would you like to try them? Feel free to get in touch. And thanks for stopping by!

Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel With Grape

Hi there! Today’s post is about Ekél’s Natural Clean Peeling Gel with Grape. When I bought this product, I didn’t know what to expect. However, I’ve used it for a few times now, and I’m ready to review it!

But before we get to the what, let me tell you about the how. 🙂 OK, before you use this peeling gel, you’re supposed to wash your face and pat it dry with a towel. All you need to do then is massage a small amount of product (I use about half a teaspoon of product) all over your face. Then rinse. Done!

How’s the product? Well, I think it’s awesome! It goes on like a gel, but it turns into a porridge-like mass as you rub it all over your face. I like how the product feels. It gives my face a deep cleanse, but it doesn’t feel harsh. And it makes my skin feel super soft and smooth. Fantastic stuff!

I love this peeling gel so much, and I’ve already bought 2 more. Well, I bought 2 different fragrances – apple and rice bran – but I guess they’re equally good! If you’d like to try Ekél’s Natural Clean Peeling Gel with Grape, you should check out TK Maxx where the 180ml tubes are on sale for £4 each. 🙂

Beauty Haul! 20+ New Products – Olay, Ekél, Scinic, Daily Defense, Sukin, Balance, Rimmel, Primark, Sinful Colors, Orly & Max Factor

Hi there! Today’s post is about the beauty, skin care & toiletries I bought in August. Well, this is most of what I bought. There were a few purchases in between, but these were 1 or 2 items only each time, and I already stashed those products away…

Anyway, before I tell you what I bought, I’d like to remind you that I’m still doing 3 out / 1 in which means that I can buy 1 item (make-up, skin care, shower stuff, etc.) for every 3 items that I finish. I’m committed to the 3 out / 1 in policy. However, this time I had to ‘borrow’ from future empties. The offers were just too good! OK, now onto the goodies!

Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting UV Cream – finally, it is mine! This is an import from the US. Olay doesn’t sell this moisturiser in the UK. I’ve read great things about it, and I didn’t have to think twice when I found it for £12.99.

Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel Apple & Rice Bran – I bought the Grape version of this Peeling Gel a few weeks ago – and I fell in love with it. So I bought the apple and rice bran versions as well. They were £4.99 each.

Scinic Aqua All In One Ampoule – I’m only 50% sure of what this product is supposed to do. Yeah, I know what ‘all in one’ means, but still… anyway, the reason I bought this was because it just looked so cool. I’ll try to review this one asap. I paid £9.99.

Sukin Facial Recovery Serum – I bought this serum because it was £4.99 only. It’s usually just under £14, so this one was a total bargain.

Balance Active Formula Instant Effect Wrinkle Filler & Dragon’s Blood Eye Lift Balm – I’ve never heard of this brand, but the wrinkle filler was £2.99, and the eye lift serum was £1.99. I can’t wait to test these products!

Daily Defense Argan Oil 3-Minute Leave-In Treatment – So far I’ve been impressed with Daily Defense’s hair products. And that’s why I bought this deep conditioner. It was £1.99 only!

More Daily Defense! I bought the Daily Defense Macadamia Oil Shampoo & Conditioner combo and a massive 946ml Argan Oil Body Wash (which will probably take me a year to finish). These 3 products were 99p each!

I also bought 2 more Max Factor Pan Stiks. The shade 12 True Beige is the perfect shade for me, but I only use it as my winter foundation because it’s not easy to find anymore. The Pan Stiks were 2 for £5.99. I also bought 2 clear Orly polishes for 99p each. And I bought another Rimmel I ♥ Lasting Finish 702 Marshmallow nail polish for 75p. I already have one bottle of this polish, but love these bubblegum purple nail colours so much!

I went to Primark and Poundland again. I picked up 2 cheap white polishes (Primark own brand, 60p each), and 5 Sinful Colors nail polishes (Poundland, £1 each).

This is (most of) the stuff I bought in August. I didn’t need any of these products, but I was lured in again… Have you tried any of these products? If so, how did / do you like them? Or would you like to try any of these products? Feel free to comment. And thanks for stopping by! 🙂

Haul! New Products From Boots, Montagne Jeunesse, TK Maxx, L’Oréal, Sukin, Una Brennan, Alberto Balsam & My Little Pony

Hi there! Today’s post is about the new products I bought in July. Here they are:

Boots Ingredients sheet masks are £2.50 each. But Boots ran a 4 for £3 promotion (Online only!), so I had to buy 4. I would have been stupid not to take advantage of the offer! I opted for 2 Luminous Youth masks (had them before, loved them), 1 Super Hyaluronic mask, and 1 Cleansing & Purifying mask.

I thought Montagne Jeunesse did masks (face, hair and foot masks) only. So I was surprised to find 2 body moisturisers at my local Poundworld store. I got a Buriti Fruit Body Smoothie and a Goji Berry Body Smoothie. £1 each.

I was happy to pick up a L’Oréal Elvive Smooth & Polish Thermo Detangling Spray for £1 (Poundland). And I got myself an Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel with Grape (£4.99, TK Maxx) and a Skinfood Mud Masque (£4.99, TK Maxx).

Two more Sukin products moved in with me! Sukin’s Clarifying Facial Tonic was £4.99 and Sukin’s Anti-Pollution Facial Masque was £5.99. The OM SHE Aromatherapy Skin Lift Hydrating Face Serum was £4.99. These 3 products came from TK Maxx.

And these are the last 3 products: Super Facialist By Una Brennan Pore Purifying Clay Mask (£4.99, TK Maxx), Alberto Balsam Colour Bright Detangler + UV Filter and My Little Pony Leave-In Hair Detangler. The 2 detangling sprays came from Poundworld, and they were £1 each.

This is what I bought in July. Lots of masks, I know! I’ll try to review all these products asap. Any comments? Feel free to get in touch. And thanks for reading! 🙂
