The Crème Shop Calm Down, Skin! Animated Animal Face Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about a very cute looking product – The Crème Shop’s Calm Down, Skin! Animated Animal Face Mask. This sheet mask contains pink grapefruit, and it promises to soothe the skin.

This masks works like almost any other sheet mask out there – wash your face, enjoy the mask for 15-20 minutes, then treat your skin to a massage using the leftover essence from the sachet.

I’ve given this mask a try, but I haven’t found it to be soothing. I do think this is a good mask, but it does the opposite of what it claims to do. This mask feels more like an oil-absorbing and pimple-busting anti-breakout mask.

The mask itself didn’t look as cute as expected, and the eyes were a little creepy. However, the mask was a good fit for my face.

I’m not unhappy with these masks at all. However, I would have preferred it if they hadn’t been labelled as soothing when they do the opposite. If you’re interested, The Crème Shop’s Calm Down, Skin! Animated Animal Face Mask is available as a pack of 3 sheet masks. I paid £4 (TK Maxx).

The Crème Shop Maca Root Face Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about this The Crème Shop Maca Root Face Mask. On the back of the sachet it reads that maca root is a skin super food that’s rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids. And the mask claims to promote revitalised skin and more skin strength, energy and glow.

This mask is easy to use – cleanse your skin, place the mask on your face, leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then take it off and massage the remaining essence into your skin.

I think this is a great little face mask. It feels deeply hydrating without being greasy or sticky, it has a subtle soapy fragrance, and it feels refreshing and energising. I would also agree that this mask has a plumping effect and that it makes my skin look a little glowy. Based on my experience, I would recommend this face mask!

The Crème Shop Maca Root Face Mask is available as a pack of 5 face masks. I paid £4.99 (TK Maxx).

The Crème Shop Clean Up, Skin! Animated Koala Face Mask

Hi there! It’s been a while since I picked up this pack of 3 The Crème Shop Clean Up, Skin! Animated Koala Face Masks. I’ve finally gotten around to use these masks, and here’s what I think.

These masks are regular sheet masks. The instructions are fairly standard – cleanse your skin, place the mask on your face, leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then massage the leftover essence into your skin.

This mask promises to purify skin and to make pores appear smaller. On the back of the sachet it literally says “Say goodbye to gunk”. This sounds great!

A look further down on the back of the sachet shows that these masks contain bamboo charcoal powder as well as a number of plant extracts (with lemon fruit extract being one of them). I was really happy to read this because I love charcoal and all things citrus in skin care!

To make a long story short – this is an excellent face mask! Whilst the sheet mask itself is on the heavier side, the overall fit was quite good. I enjoyed the essence very much, and I’m happy to confirm that this mask does indeed shrink pores! On top of this, I was thrilled to find that this mask has a brightening effect, and that it made my skin glow! Truly fantastic stuff!

I would love to repurchase these face masks, and I would recommend them to everyone who wants sheet masks which have a toning and brightening effect. The Crème Shop Clean Up, Skin! Animated Koala Face Masks are available in packs of 3. I paid £4 for 3 masks at TK Maxx.

The Crème Shop Pumpkin Spice Fusion Sheet Mask

Hi there! Today I’m reviewing this The Crème Shop Pumpkin Spice Fusion Sheet Mask with pumpkin and cinnamon. According to The Crème Shop, pumpkin enzymes help boost skin cell renewal to reveal a rejuvenated and brighter complexion, and cinnamon absorbs excess sebum.

This is a sheet mask which is supposed to be left on for 15-20 minutes. I always leave sheet masks on until they’re dry to make the most of the product. 😎

I’ve now used 3 of these masks already, and I think they’re fantastic. I would agree that these masks make my skin look brighter, clearer and more refreshed. At the same time I’ve also noticed a calming and smoothing (!) effect. I’m enjoying these masks very much, and I would recommend them.

If you’re looking for a product that has a calming effect on moody skin, or if you want a product that gives you a brighter and fresher complexion, these sheet masks are for you! The Crème Shop Pumpkin Spice Fusion Sheet Mask is available as a pack of 5 masks. I paid £4.99 (TK Maxx).

The Crème Shop Holiday Cheer And Clear “Nice” Stay In Control Face Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about a sheet mask I’m glad I dug up from TK Maxx’s clearance section – The Crème Shop Holiday Cheer And Clear “Nice” Stay In Control Face Mask.

This face mask promises to balance skin tone, to reduce inflammation and puffiness, and to combat acne and oil. On the back of the sachet it says that the mask can be used “to deeply cleanse and detoxify” skin. This sounds great!

I’ve now given this mask a try (well, 2 tries, actually), and I think it’s very good. This is a standard sheet mask that’s supposed to left on the face for 15-20 minutes. I left it on until the mask was dry, and I was (still am) happy with the results.

This mask doesn’t feel sticky, but it feels deeply hydrating and refreshing. A look at the back of the sachet reveals that sodium hyaluronate is the 4th ingredient – this is great! This mask also contains a number of botanical extracts – with lemon fruit extract being one of them. I have no doubt this is why the mask made my skin look and feel clean, clear, refreshed and bright!

I think this is another great mask from The Crème Shop! I’m very happy I picked it up! The Crème Shop Holiday Cheer And Clear “Nice” Stay In Control Face Mask is available as part of a set containing 3 Naughty and 3 Nice face masks – that’s 6 masks in total. I paid £5.99 for the set (TK Maxx).

The Crème Shop Last Christmas “Naughty” Energy Boost Face Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about The Crème Shop‘s Last Christmas “Naughty” Energy Boost Face Mask which is aimed at people who skimp on sleep, forget about SPF and rub and scrub their skin. This face mask promises to invigorate skin and to improve skin resilience and suppleness.

This mask works like almost any other sheet mask – place it on your cleansed face, leave it alone for 15 minutes (I leave sheet masks on until they’re dry), then massage the remaining essence into your skin. I’ve given this mask a try, and here’s what I think.

I think this mask is fantastic. It feels hydrating without being greasy, it feels refreshing without any dodgy cooling effect, and it appeared to plump up my skin. So yeah, it delivered on its promise! A look at the back of the mask reveals that it’s bursting with botanical extracts – which is impressive!

The Crème Shop Holiday Cheer And Clear “Naughty” Clarifying Face Mask

Hi there! Today I’m reviewing The Crème Shop‘s Holiday Cheer And Clear “Naughty” Clarifying Face Mask. This mask is like any other normal sheet mask – place it on your face, leave it on for around 20 minutes (I always leave sheet masks on until they’re dry), and massage the excess serum into your skin (I always pop a compressed sheet mask into the sachet with the leftover serum, this way I get to enjoy another sheet mask the next day).

This face mask is aimed at women who… sleep with their makeup on, who pick at pimples or who eat too much chocolate (that’s what it says on the box). Whilst I don’t go to sleep with makeup on, and whilst I think that there’s no such thing as too much chocolate, I am guilty of picking at my skin. So I tried this mask, and here’s what I think.

Before I used the mask, I wasn’t sure whether it would do much because it appeared to be a little random. However, I am glad I used the mask because it’s actually very nice! It calmed and soothed my skin – which I was in desperate need of that day. It reduced the redness around my chin, it seemed to (temporarily) shrink my pores, and it was very hydrating. So yeah, this is a great mask that helps with a number of skin issues. I am glad I have two more of these masks!

The Crème Shop‘s Holiday Cheer And Clear “Naughty” Clarifying Face Mask is available as part of a set containing 3 Naughty and 3 Nice face masks – that’s 6 masks in total. I paid £5.99 for the set (TK Maxx).

The Crème Shop Last Christmas “Nice” Forever Young Face Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about The Crème Shop‘s Last Christmas “Nice” Forever Young Face Mask. This face mask promises to smooth out wrinkles, to restore skin vitality, and to repair worn skin. It contains sodium hyaluronate (which is listed as the 4th ingredient) and a number of botanical extracts.

I think this is a great mask! It feels deeply hydrating, and I am happy to confirm that it reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles. I guess that’s because of the hydration boost! Whatever it is, I am impressed! Another great thing is that the mask smells like baby powder which is just lovely! 😊

I would definitely recommend this face mask! The Crème Shop‘s Last Christmas “Nice” Forever Young Face Mask is available as part of The Crème Shop’s Last Christmas face mask set (3 Naughty and 3 Nice face masks). I paid £5.99 for the set (TK Maxx, clearance).

The Crème Shop Depuffing & Anti-Inflammatory Rose Oil Overnight Gel Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about my current night cream – The Crème Shop‘s Depuffing & Anti-Inflammatory Rose Oil Overnight Gel Mask which promises skin that feels silky and that looks well-rested and bright.

This product is easy to use – use it like a normal night cream. By the way, I’ve checked the ingredients, and I found that this poduct contains macadamia oil – great stuff! And now that I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now, here’s what I think!

I think this is a great product! I love the gel formula. It feels refreshing, it absorbs quickly, and whilst it feels hydrating, it doesn’t feel sticky at all. In addition, I’m happy to confirm that my skin feels soft and looks well-rested and bright in the morning. Since I have very dry skin, I generally prefer richer night creams. However, this overnight gel mask does everything I need it to do, and I am very happy with it!

I’ve previously used one of The Crème Shop’s Overnight Gel Masks – the Charcoal version, and I was happy with that one too. This rose version is more hydrating, and I would consider it most suitable for people with normal to dry skin, whilst the charcoal version is best suited for people with normal to oily skin. Either way, I would recommend both products because they do what they promise to do, and they’re awesome fun! 🙂

The Crème Shop’s Depuffing & Anti-Inflammatory Rose Oil Overnight Gel Mask is available as 50ml. I paid £4.99 (TK Maxx).
