Nail Of The Day – Underwater Nails Feat. Rimmel, Pueen, Revlon, Filthy Gorgeous & Essence

Hi there! Today’s post is about a mani I did recently.

We had a few colleagues from France over at our office. I managed to dress properly (navy-blue suit, red and white striped top), but I couldn’t bring myself to wear plain red nails (yawn).

Since I was already dressed like a sailor, I thought I might as well just do a marine mani using the French national colours. And that’s exactly what I did! 🙂

And I used these products:
red base colour – Revlon 335 Mon Cherry,
blue base colour – Rimmel 231 Blue Eyed Girl,
white base colour – Rimmel 703 White Hot Love,

white stamping colour – Essence Nail Art Stampy Polish White,
blue stamping colour – Filthy Gorgeous Midnight,
red stamping colour – Revlon 335 Mon Cherry.

I chose images from three different stamping plates – Pueen 89 (shells), Pueen 91 (fish and corals), and Pueen 96 (anchors). These three stamping plates are part of Pueen’s Buffet Leisure stamping collection!

I realise this mani looks quite busy – but I really love it! I also got quite a few compliments which was very nice! How do you like this mani? Feel free to get in touch. And thanks for reading! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel Salon Pro 636 Hooray Henry & MoYou London Doodles 07

Hi there! I hope everyone had a good weekend. 🙂

I’m starting the new week with a mani post. I really like how this mani turned out, so let me tell you how I did it.

For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel Salon Pro 636 Hooray Henry. This polish is almost a one-coater. Great quality!

I wanted a cute mani, so I grabbed one of my favourite cute stamping plates, MoYou London Doodles 07, and I went to work! 🙂

The black polish I stamped with is Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro 430 Black Satin.

Feel free to comment if you want. And thank you for reading!

Nail Of The Day – Underwater Mani – Featuring Max Factor, Orly, Pueen & Sugar Bubbles

Marine Mani with Orly and Max FactorHi there! I’ve done a few underwater-themed manis in the past few months – and I haven’t run out of ideas for even more underwater-themed manis. So here’s another one! 🙂

I painted my nails with Max Factor Glossfinity 140 Cobalt Blue. This is a really nice polish – it’s basically opaque in one coat!

I selected images from two stamping plates – Sugar Bubbles SB 031 (pinky, ring finger) and Pueen 91 (middle and index fingers) from Pueen’s Buffet Leisure collection.

The light blue polish I used to stamp on the images is Orly Snowcone. It’s not a real stamping polish but it stamps so well that I’ll use it for stamping only from now on.

I think this mani turned out even better than I hoped. I really love it. Please feel free to tell me what you think. And thanks for stopping by! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Underwater Mani – Featuring Rimmel, Essence, Astor, Beauty UK & Sugar Bubbles

Sugar BubblesHi there! I loved my last underwater mani so much that I did another one.

This time I thought I’d use my newest glitter polish – which reminded me very much of mermaids – and my Sugar Bubbles SB 031 stamping plate.

I used these polishes:
Rimmel 60 Seconds 844 Out Of The Blue (base colour, pinky).
Beauty UK White (base colour, ring and middle fingers).
Astor Lacque Deluxe 880 Forest Green (base colour, index finger and thumb).
Essence Nail Art Stampy Polish in White (stamped image on pinky, index finger, thumb).
Rimmel Love Glitter 034 A Crush On You (glitter topper ring and middle fingers).

So here it is – my underwater mani! I think it turned out great. What do you think?

Nail Of The Day – Underwater Mani – Colourful Nails & Stamping With MoYou London Doodles 07

Doodles PlateHi there! Today’s post is about the mani I did the other day. I got myself a few new stamping plates – with one of them being MoYou London’s Doodles 07 plate. So I thought I’d do a colourful (blue, white, orange) underwater mani!

I used these polishes:
Orly Snow Cone (base colour pinky and thumb, stamped image middle finger).
Revlon Red Bikini (stamped image ring finger).
Ciaté Hopscotch (base colour index finger).
Rimmel I ♥ Lasting Finish 704 Sweet As Sugar (base colour middle and ring fingers).
The amazing Essence Nail Art Stampy Polish in White (stamped image index finger, thumb and pinky).

I really love how this mani turned out. And I have a few more ideas on what to do with this stamping plate. 🙂 A note to myself: Orly Snow Cone and Revlon Red Bikini stamped really well!
