Primark PS… Charcoal. Detox, Purify & Cleanse Bubble Sheet Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about Primark‘s PS… Charcoal Detox, Purify & Cleanse Bubble Sheet Mask. This mask promises to draw out excess oil and impurities for cleansed pores and purified skin.

The essence contains orange and lemon fruit extracts, another few botanical extracts and charcoal powder. This mask is supposed to be left on for 10-15 minutes, and you should wash your face after use.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s really powerful! I could feel the cleansing effect within seconds of placing the mask on my face. It was lovely! I was also happy when I saw that the mask left my pores looking smaller, and that it made my skin look a bit brighter. I think this is a great bubble sheet mask, and I will buy it again, no doubt!

100% Cruelty-Free – Montagne Jeunesse Lemon Macaron

Hi there! Today I’m reviewing this Montagne Jeunesse Lemon Macaron face mask which I picked up at my local Primark store.

I thought this mask was a clay mask – but it’s actually a rinse-off moisture mask.

How does it work? The instructions state that you should do a patch test. If your skin tolerates the product without any issues, you should cleanse your face, apply the mask all over your face, leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse it off.

The result it promises is “intense moisturisation for super soft skin”.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s OK. It’s not really moisturising, but it’s one of those face masks which are nice enough when you take a long bath.

100% Cruelty-Free – Primark PS… Prep & Perfect Matte Priming Peel Off Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about Primark‘s PS… Prep & Perfect Matte Firming Peel Off Mask which contains charcoal powder as well as a number of botanical extracts (hollyhock, bergamot, etc). This face mask promises to draw out impurities, to remove oil and to refine pores.

You’re supposed to apply the mask to cleansed skin, leave it on for about 15 minutes (or until it’s dry), then peel it off, wash your face… and you’re good to go! Read on if you’d like to know if this mask is any good…

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s perfectly average. I’m sure the mask removes dead skin cells, but I doubt it does much else. It’s simply not powerful enough. I haven’t seen or felt any difference, and I won’t repurchase this mask.

Primark Holler And Glow Gem Fest Moisturising Printed Sheet Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about Primark‘s Holler And Glow Gem Fest Moisturising Printed Sheet Mask. This face mask contains coconut fruit extract, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, witch hazel and other botanical extracts. It promises to hydrate skin deeply.
The instructions show that you’re supposed to cleanse your skin, place the mask on your face, leave it on for 15 minutes, then massage the remaining essence into your skin. And that’s pretty much it.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s really good. I found the mask to be deeply hydrating – without being sticky. So yeah, I’m happy to report that the mask did what it promised to do! Based on my experience, I’d recommend it!

100% Cruelty-Free – Primark PS… Plumping Sheet Mask

Hi there! I’ve got a skin care review for you today, and it’s about Primark’s PS… Plumping Sheet Mask with vitamin E, panthenol, papaya fruit extract, anise extract and witch hazel. The mask promises to nourish and to plump up skin. And the actual sheet mask itself is bio-degradable – awesome stuff!

This mask is easy to use – cleanse your skin, place the mask on your face, leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then massage the remaining essence into your skin and follow with your regular skin care.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s very good! It feels deeply hydrating, and I would agree that it has a plumping effect. When I took the mask off, my face was glowing! I will buy this mask again, and I would recommend it.

Primark PS… Moisturising Ginkgo Rinse Off Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about Primark‘s PS… Moisturising Ginkgo Rinse Off Mask. This mask contains ginkgo and oat kernel meal, and it promises to hydrate skin. The mask is easy to use – just cleanse your face, apply the mask, leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse it off and pat your face dry.

This mask was quite enjoyable. I loved the fresh, green fragrance, and I found it awesome that small oat kernel bits could be seen and felt in the mask. I was also happy with how the mask felt on my face, and based on my experience, I would agree that it was mildly hydrating. Whilst I think that this kind of mask isn’t the most effective method to hydrate skin, I liked the overall spa feel of the mask.

Primark PS… Brightening Foaming Bubble Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about a face mask I tried not too long ago – Primark‘s PS… Brightening Foaming Bubble Mask.

This face mask promises to cleanse and to brighten skin. Primark recommends the mask be used weekly.

How does it work? Apply the mask to your face and relax for 15 minutes whilst the mask bubbles up.

Is it any good? I don’t think this mask is anything special. My skin didn’t look or feel different. And I didn’t notice any other difference to my skin at all. But I had a similar mask from Primark before, so I already knew not to expect too much.

What’s good? To be fair, this mask smells very nice (it smells of peach and tea), and I think it’s great fun to use.

Nail Of The Day – Primark PS… Nail Polish Marshmallow & Stamping With Biutee 10 / 31 Day Nail Art Challenge #7 Black & White Nails

Hi there! This week is going to be NAIL WEEK. This means that I’ll be posting about nail stuff only. 😎

I did another mani for the 31 Day Nail Art Challenge (which I’m doing on my own terms – not in 31 days and not in chronological order). This mani is for challenge #7 BLACK & WHITE NAILS.

And for this mani I painted my nails with Primark PS… Nail Polish Marshmallow (2 coats). This is a fantastic polish. I love it!

For the images I used my relatively new Biutee 10 stamping plate and Essence‘s amazing black stamping polish. Too bad that Essence discontinued their stamping polishes. 🙁

I liked this mani a lot. I know I’ll be using this stamping plate a lot in the not too distant future!

Primark PS… Purifying Rinse Off Mask With Red Clay

Hi there! Not too long I tried Primark’s PS… Purifying Rinse Off Mask with Red Clay. This is a regular clay mask that you’re supposed to leave on for at least 10 minutes before you rinse it off. Whilst this mask promises to give skin a deep cleanse, it also contains sweet almond oil and vitamin E which are beneficial for the skin. This sounds great!

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s one of Primark’s best face masks. The mask didn’t make my skin feel tight or umcomrtable whilst it was drying. When I washed it off, I was happy to see that my skin looked clean and clear and that my pores appeared smaller. And whilst my skin felt squeaky clean, it didn’t feel dry.

All in all, this is a great little face mask that I’m happy to buy again. Primark’s PS… Purifying Rinse Off Mask with Red Clay is available as 15ml for 80p.

Using the mask is easy – place the mask on your cleansed face, leave it on for 15 minutes, then remove the mask and massage the remaining essence into your skin. Read on if you’d like to know if the mask is any good…

I found the mask very enjoyable. It feels refreshing and hydrating = energising! I love also the fragrance. The mask smells like a mix of lychees and baby powder which is very pleasant. Well done, Primark!
