Empties – February 2021

Hi there! Today’s post is about all the products I emptied in February. I used 12 single-use face masks. I didn’t keep the empty sachets (I never do), but the big bottles are more fun anyway. 🙂

1 Westlab Cleansing Himalayan Salt – my husband and I like these bath salts a lot. I have 2 more big bags in my stash – 1 of them is already in use. Since my husband used these bath salts too, this is a shared empty!

2 Radox Feel Relaxed Lavender & Waterlily Bath Soak – I used to like this bath soak, but they changed the fragrance, and now it doesn’t smell great anymore. I won’t repurchase it. This was a shared empty too.

3 Garnier Intensive 7 Days Nourishing Lotion with Mango Oil – this is an alright body lotion. “Alright” isn’t good enough for a repurchase.

4 Herbal Essences Revitalise Blue Ginger Conditioner – this is a very nice conditioner. I will buy it and the matching shampoo again!

5 Superdrug Vitamin E Skin Care Original Moisturising Shower Cream – a lovely shower gel. I have a backup bottle!

6 Paco Rabanne Ultrared (x 2) – this is a cute berry and liquorice fragrance. I think I have a few more bottles (I used to be obsessed with it when it was new about 10 years ago).

7 Zatik Rosehip & Black Seed Organic Oil Serum – this is excellent for very dry skin! I might buy it again.

8 Creightons Argan Oil Intensive Hand Cream – my husband and I used this hand cream as a foot cream, and it did a good job. I would (re)purchase other hand creams from Creightons, but I didn’t like how this one smelled (I’m generally not the biggest fan of argan oil scented products).

9 Rimmel 60 Seconds 313 Rita Rouge – a nice colour! I’ve worn this a lot over the past few months. But I wouldn’t buy it again. I have dozens of similar nail colours in my stash.

10 Boots No 7 Radiant Results Revitalising Daily Face Polish (travel size x 3) – these were really nice. I might buy the full-size.

This is everything I finished in February. 13 products in total (not counting the single use face masks) – not too bad! Thanks for stopping by, lovelies! x

Creightons Cocoa Butter Softening Hand Cream, Creightons Argan Oil Intensive Hand Cream, Creightons Manuka Honey Hydrating Hand Cream

Hi there! Today’s post is about 3 fancy looking hand creams that I found at Home Bargains – Creightons Cocoa Butter Softening Hand Cream, Creightons Argan Oil Intensive Hand Cream and Creightons Manuka Honey Hydrating Hand Cream.

Let’s start with Creightons Cocoa Butter Softening Hand Cream with vitamin E! This product is deeply hydrating and it makes my hands feel soft. I do like the cocoa butter scent too. I’m happy to keep using this product.

Creightons Argan Oil Intensive Hand Cream with pro-vitamin B5 is my least favourite of the bunch. The formula feels heavy, and I don’t care for the scent. Having said that, this hand cream works wonders on rough skin, so my husband and I are using it as a foot cream – and it does a brilliant job.

Creightons Manuka Honey Hydrating Hand Cream with vitamin E is my favourite of the bunch. It’s wonderfully hydrating, it makes my hands look and feel amazing, and the honey fragrance is an added bonus. Awesome stuff!

Creightons Cocoa Butter Softening Hand Cream, Creightons Argan Oil Intensive Hand Cream and Creightons Manuka Honey Hydrating Hand Cream are available as 50ml each. I’m trying to remember what I paid for these, but I’m not sure. It definitely was under £1 per tube, so these hand creams are a total steal!
