Nail Of The Day – Rimmel Salon Pro 391 Celebrity Bash & Foils

Hi there! Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a good weekend. 🙂 I have another Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel Salon Pro 391 Celebrity Bash ( 2 easy coats).

I like this polish! Great colour, great quality. But it’s no surprise because the Salon Pro collection is one of Rimmel’s best collections in terms of quality and colour.

Moving on… I wanted to do a foil mani, so I waited until the 2nd coat of polish had almost dried. Then I applied the foils (random leftover colours).

Once I was happy with the look of the mani, I sealed it with 1 coat of clear polish. I really liked this mani. I was happy with the random colours, and I loved how different all the nails looked.

What colour nail polish are you wearing at the moment? Have you tried nail foils? Feel free to get in touch via the comments. And thanks for reading! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Barry M Waikiki & Stamping With JQ-L18

Hi there! After yesterday’s hair care post I have a Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Barry M Waikiki (2 coats).

This is a matte polish. Since I’m not a big fan of matte nail colours, I applied 1 coat of clear polish to make the mani glossy and shiny. Much better! 🙂

I decided to stamp… and I used my JQ-L18 stamping plate. I opted for a few different images, and I liked how the mani turned out.

The black polish I stamped with is the wonderful Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto.

Do you like green nails? Do you prefer matte or glossy nail colours? Do you stamp? Feel free to get in touch. And thanks for stopping by!

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro 370 Wild Orchid, Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto & Stamping With Pueen 93

Hi there! I’ve got another short Nail Of The Day post for you today. 🙂

For this mani I painted my nails with…
Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro 370 Wild Orchid (2 coats, pinkies, ring fingers, thumbs), and
Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto (2 easy coats, middle and index fingers).

I used Pueen‘s 93 stamping plate (which is part of Pueen‘s Buffet Leisure stamping collection).

And I stamped with 2 different polishes – a home-made black polish mix (ring fingers, pinkies, thumbs) and Ciaté Heirloom (middle and index fingers).

I think this mani looked alright. But I love purple and black, so I might be biased. 🙂 Do you like purple and black nails? Which nail polish colours are your favourites? Feel free to get in touch. And thanks for stopping by!

Nail Of The Day – Revlon Colorstay 090 Sorbet, Collection 2000 Hot Looks 30 Sherbet Lemons, Rimmel Lycra Pro 322 Sweet ‘N’ Spicy & Stamping With Pueen 79

Hi there! I’ve got a Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Revlon Colorstay 090 Sorbet. I knew I wanted to stamp, but I found the base colour a little boring, so I decided to add some colour.

I used a small piece of a make-up wedge to sponge yellow and red blobs of colour onto my nails. The 2 colour polishes that I used were Collection 2000 Hot Looks 30 Sherbet Lemons and Rimmel Lycra Pro 322 Sweet ‘N’ Spicy.

Then I stamped! I used Pueen‘s 79 plate (which is part of Pueen‘s Buffet Leisure collection) and a home-made black polish.

I really liked this mani. It doesn’t look super cool when you stare at it from up close, but in real life it looked great.

Have you ever applied nail polish with a make-up wedge or sponge? If so, how did it turn out? And if not, why not?! 😜 Feel free to comment. And thanks for reading!

Nail Of The Day – Revlon Colorstay 170 Coastal Surf & Stamping With Pueen 79

Hi there! Today’s post is about a mani I did not too long ago.

For this mani I painted my nails with Revlon Colorstay 270 Coastal Surf (2 coats). This is a great polish. I love the colour and the formula.

I used Pueen‘s 79 stamping plate (which is part of Pueen‘s Buffet Leisure collection).

The stamping polish I used is a mix of a number of near-empty polishes. You could say it’s my very own home-made stamping polish! 😋

I like how this mani turned out. I love the blue base, and the image came out much prettier than expected. Do you like blue nails? What about stamping?

And what polish are you wearing at the moment? Feel free to comment. And thanks for reading!

Nail Of The Day – Sinful Colors Blue La La, Revlon 044 Blue Lagoon, Maybelline Colorshow 654 Superpower Blue & Stamping With MoYou London Doodles 07

Hi there! I’ve got a Nail Of The Day post for you today. And it’s another marine mani!

For this mani I painted my nails with Sinful Colors Blue La La (2 coats, pinkies, middle fingers), Revlon 044 Blue Lagoon (2 coats, ring fingers), and Maybelline Colorshow 654 Superpower Blue (2 coats, index fingers, thumbs).

I used MoYou London‘s super cute Doodles 07 stamping plate.

As almost always, I used drugstore polishes as my stamping polishes: Maybelline Colorshow 654 Superpower Blue (pinkies, middle fingers), Orly Snow Cone (index fingers, thumbs), and Revlon 902 Craving Coral (ring fingers).

I like this mani. It’s not my best marine mani, but it looks cute, so what’s not to like? Do you like marine manis? Feel free to get in touch. By the way, if you’d like to order from MoYou, you can get 10% off if you order through this link.

Nail Of The Day – Astor Fashion Studio Acid Drop & Stamping With Pueen 74

Hi there! I’ve got a Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Astor Fashion Studio 006 Acid Drop (2 coats).

I like this polish! The cucumber shade looks fresh (great for spring and summer manis), and I like the micro-shimmer.

I also think this is a good polish. It dries quickly and it’s perfect in 2 coats – I didn’t expect this because of the light colour, but I’m not complaining. 😉

I stamped with Rimmel Salon Pro 361 Acid House. And the stamping plate I used is Pueen‘s 74 plate (which is part of Pueen‘s Buffet Leisure collection.

I think this mani looks alright. The images on the index and ring fingers didn’t stamp perfectly (it’s the same on my left hand). But all in all, I think this is a nice little mani that’s perfect to welcome spring!

What do you think of green manis? Feel free to comment. And thanks for reading!

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel Lycra Pro 500 Peppermint & Stamping With Pueen 72 / A-Z Nail Art Challenge Q – Quick & Easy

Hi there! Today’s post is about a mani I did for the A-Z Nail Art Challenge (which I am doing for myself). I’m filing this mani under Q – Quick & Easy.

For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel Lycra Pro 500 Peppermint (2 coats). This polish is almost a one-coater. Very nice!

Whilst I don’t like this particular shade of green, I think that it’s an excellent base colour for stamping.

I used Pueen’s 72 plate (part of Pueen’s Stamping Buffet collection, one of my favourites), and I stamped with Rimmel 60 Seconds 820 Hot Black To Go.

I really liked this mani. It looked great. But also simple. And effortless. How do you like this mani? Feel free to comment. And thanks for reading!

Nail Of The Day – Manhattan ModePilot 03M & Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure 833 Vintage Confetti

Hi there! Over the past few months I’ve done a few manis that I didn’t share with you. But since this week is Nail Week, I’ll show you the forgotten manis. 🙂

For this mani I painted my nails with Manhattan Mode Pilot 03M (2 coats).

I love this Manhattan polish. The formula is great and the colour is very pretty.

The glitter topper is equally pretty! It’s Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure 833 Vintage Confetti (1 easy coat).

I really liked this mani. The base colour and the topper look great together – but wine and gold are made for each other, so I knew the mani would great. 🙂

How do you like this mani? Feel free to comment. And thanks for reading!
