Nail Of The Day – Sinful Colors Silhouette & Stamping With Flowers 01

Hi there! A few months ago I picked up a couple of Sinful Colors nail polishes. I wanted to swatch all the polishes right away, but I didn’t!

But now I finally managed to try the cute lavender shade!

So… for this mani I painted my nails with Sinful Colors Silhouette (2 coats). I really like this polish. It dries quickly, and it’s opaque in 2 easy coats.

The purple polish I stamped with is Sally Hansen Insta-Dri 370 Uptempo Plum.

The stamping plate I used is called Flowers 01. It’s one of those unbranded cheap plates that I bought online (ages ago).

I think this mani turned out alright. It’s not the most inspired mani, but I do like it!

Nail Of The Day – Maybelline Forever Strong Pro 795 Cloudy Grey & Stamping

Hi there! Today’s post is about a mani I did recently. It’s not a very special one, but I just wanted to try something. 🙂

For this mani I painted my nails with Maybelline Forever Strong Pro 795 Cloudy Grey. This polish is a true one-coater which is nice. However, this polish takes a while to dry.

I wanted to have a floral mani, so I chose two stamping plates with cute floral images = B41 and P21. These stamping plates are unbranded ones. So I don’t know who manufactured them.

The polish I stamped with is Revlon 902 Craving Coral.

I think this mani turned out alright. It’s not very special, but it’s not the most boring mani ever. What do you think? Feel free to comment. And thanks for reading! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Essence Out Of Space Stories 01 Outta Space Is The Place & Stamping With Pueen 80 / Nail Art Challenge #14 Flowers

Hi there! I’ve got another short Nail Of The Day post for you today. 🙂 For this mani I painted my nails with Essence Out Of Space Stories 01 Outta Space Is The Place (two easy coats).

The stamping plate I used is Pueen’s 80 plate (which is available as part of Pueen’s Buffet Leisure collection). And the polish I used to stamp on the flowers is the one and only Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto.

This mani also counts towards the 31 Days Nail Art Challenge – and it’s for challenge #14 Flowers.

I think this mani turned out alright. I think the images go well with the pearlescent base. How do you like this mani? Feel free to comment. And thanks for reading! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Revlon Colorstay 310 Vintage Rose & Stamping With Pueen 93

upload-2Hi there! Today I’m showing you another mani I did a little while ago.

For this mani I painted my nails with Revlon Colorstay 310 Vintage Rose. I really like this polish. It’s almost a one-coater. And I love, love, love the wide and flat Revlon Colorstay brush.

The floral image is from Pueen’s 93 stamping plate which is part of Pueen’s Buffet Leisure collection.

The white polish I used to stamp on the images is Essence’s white Stampy polish.

I think this mani turned out alright. I somehow managed to ruin the image on the middle finger, but all in all I think the mani looks OK.

Feel free to comment if you want to. And thanks for reading! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Astor Fashion Studio 220 Lagoon Lace, Sally Hansen Insta-Dri 30 Man-Go Team & Stamping With Flowers 01

Sally Hansen Man-go TeamHi there! Today’s post is another nail of the day post.

For this mani I painted my nails with Astor Fashion Studio 220 Lagoon Lace (two coats). I really like this green shade. It’s so fresh!

Then I picked up my Flowers 01 stamping plate (one of my biggest and cheapest stamping plates), I selected a few random floral images, and then I stamped away.

The yellow(ish) polish I used to stamp on the images is Sally Hansen Insta-Dri 30 Man-go Team!

Whilst Man-go Team! isn’t a ‘real’ stamping polish, it stamps nicely (like the majority of the Insta-Dri polishes). £1 well spent on this polish! 🙂

I’m happy with how the mani turned out. Sure, if you look closely, it’s not perfect. But in real life no one gets this close to my nails, and from one foot away it actually looks flawless. 😉

What do you think of this green and yellow combo? Feel free to let me know your thoughts. And thanks for stopping by!

Nail Of The Day – NYC In A Minute 027 Love Match & Stamping With Manhattan Quick Dry 60 Seconds 46K & Flowers 18 Plate

NYC Love Match Flowers 18Hi there! Today’s post is another nail post. I’ve previously mentioned that orangey colours are my least favourite nail polish colours.

However, I have lots of orange and coral nail polishes, and for some reason I keep buying them.

For this mani I painted my nails with NYC In A Minute 027 Love Match – a bright summer orange that’s fully opaque in two thin coats.

The stamping plate I chose is called Flowers 18. It’s a cheap no-name plate I found online.

I liked the green/green, blue/blue and mauve/pink manis I did recently, so I thought I’d try orange/red this time.

I chose an old untried polish, Manhattan Quick Dry 60 Seconds 46K, as my stamping polish. 46K isn’t a glamorous name, but the polish looks nice – it’s a creamy vampy red that also stamps well.

I think this mani turned out OK. The images don’t look that great on my nails, and the colour combo isn’t a favourite. But the mani looked really nice from a few feet away. 🙂 Please feel free to let me know what you think. And thanks for reading!
