100% Cruelty-Free – Montagne Jeunesse Green Tea Peel-Off

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Montagne Jeunesse Green Tea Peel Off face mask with green tea and ginger.

This face mask promises to give pores a deep cleanse. You’re supposed to apply the mask to cleansed skin and to leave it alone for 15-20 minutes so it can dry. Once dry, simply peel it off.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s good but not great. I’m satisfied that the mask seems to lift off some dirt and a few dead skin cells. However, it’s not powerful enough for a deep cleanse.

I’ll continue to use this mask, but I won’t buy it again.

Montagne Jeunesse Green Tea Peel Off face mask is available as 80ml for £1 (Poundland). This face mask is cerfified cruelty-free. It carries the Leaping Bunny logo!

100% Cruelty-Free – Montagne Jeunesse Lemon Macaron

Hi there! Today I’m reviewing this Montagne Jeunesse Lemon Macaron face mask which I picked up at my local Primark store.

I thought this mask was a clay mask – but it’s actually a rinse-off moisture mask.

How does it work? The instructions state that you should do a patch test. If your skin tolerates the product without any issues, you should cleanse your face, apply the mask all over your face, leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse it off.

The result it promises is “intense moisturisation for super soft skin”.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s OK. It’s not really moisturising, but it’s one of those face masks which are nice enough when you take a long bath.

I won’t buy this mask again, but in case you’re interested… Montagne Jeunesse Lemon Macaron is available as 25ml for 90p at Primark.

100% Cruelty-Free – Montagne Jeunesse Super Green Tea Peel Off

Hi there! Today’s post is about a face mask I picked up for 90p at my local Primark – Montagne Jeunesse Super Green Tea Peel Off.

This face mask with green tea and lemon extracts promises to detoxify and to invigorate skin. Sounds great!

How does it work? Cleanse your face, apply the mask, let it dry (this takes about 15 minutes), then peel it off. Once done, wash your face so that you remove any mask residue.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s alright. Of all the Montagne Jeunesse masks I’ve tried over the years, this one sits pretty much in the middle. I think it would be good for someone who’s never used peel off masks. But if you’re used to more powerful peel off masks, this one won’t cut it.

I also don’t care for the strange tea and hairspray scent, but the next person might love it… Anyhoo, I won’t be buying this mask again, but if you’re interested, Montagne Jeunesse Super Green Tea Peel Off face mask is available as a 10ml single-use face mask. By the way, this product carries the Leaping Bunny logo which means that it’s 100% cruelty-free!

100% Cruelty-Free – Montagne Jeunesse 7th Heaven Blemish Mud

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Montagne Jeunesse 7th Heaven Blemish Mud face mask which is aimed at people with problem skin.

This clay mask contains aloe vera and willow, and it works like pretty much every other clay mask out there. Cleanse your face, apply the mask, let it dry for about 15 minutes, then rinse it off. Job done!

How’s the mask? I think this is an effective clay mask. It’s deeply cleansing, but not drying. I like it a lot, and I will buy it again for sure!

Montagne Jeunesse 7th Heaven Blemish Mud face mask is 100% cruelty-free. The mask is available as 10ml for about £1. I usually pick up face masks when there’s a 3 for 2 offer.

100% Cruelty-Free – Montagne Jeunesse Goji Berry Body Smoothie

Hi there! Today’s post is about Montagne Jeunesse’s Goji Berry Body Smoothie which I picked up for £1 (Poundworld). This product claims to have a unique and fluffy texture that absorbs quickly and is 100% loveable! Read on if you’d like to know if this product is any good. 🙂

I agree that this moisturiser has a unique texture. It really is fluffy and bouncy – and it’s awesome fun! In addition, this moisturiser absorbs in no time, so it’s great when you’re in a hurry (weekday mornings…). Another thing I’d like to mention is that this moisturiser doesn’t feel sticky at all – not even for a second. Because of this I think it would be perfect for the warmer seasons.

I don’t know what goji berries smell like, but this moisturiser has a strong peach fragrance. So if you love peaches, you need to try this product asap! Montagne Jeunesse’s Goji Berry Body Smoothie is available as 200ml for £1 which is dirt cheap!

100% Cruelty-Free – Montagne Jeunesse Buriti Fruit Body Smoothie

Hi there! Today’s post is about Montagne Jeunesse’s Buriti Fruit Body Smoothie. I thought Montagne Jeunesse did face, hair and foot masks only. So I was quite surprised to find this body moisturiser at my local Poundworld.

Since it was £1 only, I picked it up staight away. Alright! So, this product claims to have a unique and fluffy texture that absorbs quickly and is 100% loveable! But is it really that good?

Yes, it is! First of all, this body smoothie smells fresh and cool – very much like lemons. And the formula is… unique! It’s definitely not a body butter, but it’s also not a mousse. I would describe the texture as fluffy and bouncy – and yes, I love it!

I can also confirm that this moisturiser absorbs quickly. It’s quite hydrating, but it’s not sticky at all – not even for a second. I think this is the ultimate summer moisturiser!

I would recommend Montagne Jeunesse’s Buriti Fruit Body Smoothie. It’s £1 for 200ml (Poundworld and Bargain Buys) which is great value. I’ve already gone back to Poundworld to buy a back-up tub!
