Nail Of The Day – Rimmel Lycra Pro 411 Navy Seal & Stamping With MoYou London

Hi there! Today’s post is a short Nail Of The Day post.

For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel Lycra Pro 411 Navy Seal (2 coats).

For the images I used my marine-themed MoYou London Zodiac Collection 02 Pisces stamping plate (ring and index fingers) and my MoYou London Sailor Collection 06 stamping plate (pinkies, middle fingers, thumbs).

The polish I stamped with is the beautiful Revlon Brilliant Strength 110 Hypnotize.

I liked this mani a lot, and I look forward to creating more marine-themed manis!

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel Lycra Pro 425 My Denim & Stamping With MoYou London & Nicole Diary (Nail Fail)

Hi there! Today’s post is about the mani I did over the weekend.

For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel Lycra Pro 425 My Denim (2 coats). I like this polish a lot. It’s a beautiful blue!

For the images I used my MoYou London Scandi Sun stamping polish. It doesn’t work very well with every stamping plate – as you can see here.

I used 2 different stamping plates – Nicole Diary 024 and MoYou London Zodiac Collection 03 Aries.

If you don’t look too closely, the mani looks alright, but I do look closely all the time, so… next!

Nail Of The Day – Ciate What The Shell & Stamping With MoYou London Mexico 04

Hi there! Happy Tuesday! I’ve got a short Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Ciaté What The Shell (2 coats). This is a nice dark purple polish. For some reason it looks blue in the photo… however, it really is purple!

For the images I used my MoYou London Mexico 04 stamping plate.

The silver polish I stamped with is Nails Inc. South Kensington. This is a “foil effect” polish which looks remarkably bad when used as an actual nail polish. But it’s highly pigmented, so it’s perfect for stamping! I’ll move this one into my stamping stash!

Nail Of The Day – Manhattan Lotus Effect 81R & Stamping With MoYou London Illusion 09 (Nail Fail)

Hi there! Today’s Nail Of The Day post is about a mani that didn’t turn out I had hoped. So this is a Nail Fail post.

For this mani I painted my nails with Manhattan Lotus Effect 81R. This light green polish was opaque in 2 coats. What a nice surprise!

I thought I’d use MoYou London‘s Illusion 09 plate and one of the new MoYou London stampers I bought just recently. The black polish I stamped with is a random polish (can’t remember).

I didn’t like this mani because the images looked completely off. I should have done a few practice stamps. Ah well! I guess I have to get used to that wobbly stamper. Or maybe I’ll stash it away (and never touch it again). I haven’t decided yet.

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel 60 Seconds 320 Rapid Ruby, Revlon Top Speed 330 Emerald, PS… Nail Polish Snow White & Stamping With MoYou Festive 04 / 31 Day Nail Art Challenge #28 Inspired By A Flag

Hi there! Since it’s Nail Week, I have another Nail Of The Day post for you today. 🙂

For this mani I painted my nails with…
Primark PS… Nail Polish Snow White (2 coats, pinkies),
Rimmel 60 Seconds 320 Rapid Ruby (2 coats, ring and middle fingers) and
Revlon Top Speed 330 Emerald (2 coats, index fingers, thumbs).

I used MoYou London‘s Festive 04 plate and Rimmel 60 Seconds 320 Rapid Ruby for the images on the pinkies.

So why this mani? Well, the 31 Day Nail Art Challenge has a challenge that’s called INSPIRED BY A FLAG. It’s challenge #28.

I chose the Belarusian flag 🇧🇾 because I’ve been supporting Belarus’ Fed Cup team for years. I’m a major tennis fan, and I hope Belarus wins the semifinal tie against Australia this weekend! Go Aryna, Saschka, Vera and Lida! 💪

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel Salon Pro 312 Ultra Violet & Stamping With MoYou London Suki 14

Hi there! I hope you had a good weekend. 🙂

I have a Nail Of The Day post for you today. For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel Salon Pro 312 Ultra Violet (2 coats).

This kind of nail colour (which I like to call milky purple) is my favourite nail colour!

The stamping plate I used it MoYou London‘s Suki 14 plate. I really like the image that I stamped on the pinkies and middle fingers!

The black polish I stamped with is Rimmel 60 Seconds 820 Hot Black To Go.

Whilst this wasn’t the most spectacular mani, I did like the look of it!

Nail Of The Day – Primark Holler & Glow Pink Unicorn, Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro 430 Black Satin, Ciaté Putting On The Ritz & Stamping With MoYou London Suki 16

Hi there! Happy Monday! I have a Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Primark Holler & Glow Pink Unicorn (pinkies, ring fingers, 2 coats). This polish is described as a long wear polish. And guess what, it is! I “use” my nails a lot, and I only had very minor tip wear after 3 days. Truly impressive stuff!

I used Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro 430 Black Satin (2 coats) on my middle and index fingers and my thumbs. This is supposed to be a long-lasting polish too, but I had to fill in the tips every day.

For the images I used MoYou London‘s Suki 16 plate and (since it was right there) Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro 430 Black Satin.

The gold glitter topper I used is the gorgeous Ciaté Putting On The Ritz which has been sititing in my stash for ages. Yes, I regret not trying it sooner!

I liked this mani. Since I had zero inspiration, it was supposed to be a “filler mani”, but it turned out much better than expected.

What nail polish are you wearing at the moment? Feel free to comment. And thanks for stopping by! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Astor Perfect Stay Smooth Velvet Effect 612 Devil In Me, Essence Aquatix 04 Under The Sea & Stamping

Hi there! Here’s another Nail Of The Day post!

For this mani I painted my nails with Astor Perfect Stay Smooth Velvet Effect 612 Devil In Me (2 coats, thumbs, index and middle fingers). This polish is matte, and it does feel and look a bit like velvet. I wanted a shiny blue, so I used clear polish to get rid of the matte look.

I painted my ring fingers and pinkies with Essence Aquatix 04 Under The Sea (3 coats). This is a silver holo polish, but the holo effect isn’t very strong.

I used an unbranded Christmas-themed stamping plate (pinkies, middle fingers) as well as MoYou London‘s Hipster 22 plate (index and ring fingers, thumbs).

The polishes I stamped with are Essence Colour Boost 11 Instant Match (blue) and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Presto Pewter (silver).

This is another mani I liked. It wasn’t perfect, but it came pretty close to what I wanted it to look like.

Nail Of The Day – Essence Colour & Go 171 Galactic Glam & Stamping With MoYou London Doodles 07

Hi there! Today’s nail of the day post is about a mani I did a little while ago. I didn’t love the mani, so I wasn’t sure whether to do a post or not… well, here we are!

For this mani I painted my nails with Essence Colour & Go 171 Galactic Glam (2 coats). I don’t like this polish. The colour is a mix of blue, green and gold and it has a metallic (almost foil) finish. It’s a mess.

Then I thought that double-stamping might save the mani. (It didn’t work!) I used Orly Snow Cone (light blue) and Revlon Briliant Strength 110 Hypnotize (gold) to stamp images onto my nails. The stamping plate I used is MoYou‘s super cute Doodles 07 plate.

I really didn’t like this mani. Quite a few ladies at work told me how much they loved this particular mani (?). However, it’s definitely one of my least favourite manis of 2017.

How do you like this mani? Feel free to get in touch. By the way, if you’d like to order from MoYou, you can get 10% off if you order through this link.

Nail Of The Day – Halloween Nail Art Ideas / Revlon Colorstay 090 Sorbet & Stamping With MoYou London Festive 53

Hi there! I’ve got a Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Revlon Colorstay 090 Sorbet (3 coats). I don’t really love the colour, but I think it’s the perfect Halloween-pumpkin colour!

I used MoYou London’s Festive 53 plate and Rimmel 60 Seconds 820 Hot Black To Go to stamp on the images.

I also used one of my unbranded stamping plates to add a few small bats. 🙂

I think this mani turned out OK. I was hoping it would look cooler and cuter, but all in all, it’s not bad, and it’s definitely very halloweeny!

How do you like this mani? Feel free to let me know! And by the way, if you’d like to order from MoYou, you can get 10% off if you order through this link. Oh, in case you’re wondering… yes, I did purchase this stamping plate myself!
