Nail Of The Day – Rimmel I ♥ Lasting Finish 053 Apricot Punch & Stamping With Pueen 106

Hi there! I’ve got a Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel I ♥ Lasting Finish 053 Apricot Punch (2 coats). I’m not a big fan of this kind of nail colour, but I already own the polish, so why not use it?

For the images I used Pueen‘s 106 plate (which is part of Pueen‘s Make Your Day stamping plate collection). The black polish I stamped with is Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto.

I really liked this mani – in part because I didn’t expect it to look nice (did I mention I don’t love the base colour…). What colour nail polish are you wearing at the moment? Feel free to get in touch. And thanks for stopping by!

Nail Of The Day – NYC In A Minute 221 Spring Street & Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure 842 Chili Flakes

Hi there! I’ve got another Nail Of The Day post for you. 🙂

For this mani I painted my nails with NYC In A Minute 221 Spring Street (2 coats). I’m not a fan of colours like this one. But I already own the polish, so I might as well just use it.

Colours like this one aren’t great for stamping, so I decided to try a new glitter topper. I went for Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure 842 Chili Flakes. By the way, “new” means “unused and has been sitting in my stash forever”.

I liked the mani much more than I thought I would. So it’s quite unfortunate that it didn’t photograph well.

Do you like coral nail polish? Do you like glittery nails? Feel free to comment. And thanks for stopping by!

Nail Of The Day – Revlon Colorstay 090 Sorbet, Collection 2000 Hot Looks 30 Sherbet Lemons, Rimmel Lycra Pro 322 Sweet ‘N’ Spicy & Stamping With Pueen 79

Hi there! I’ve got a Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Revlon Colorstay 090 Sorbet. I knew I wanted to stamp, but I found the base colour a little boring, so I decided to add some colour.

I used a small piece of a make-up wedge to sponge yellow and red blobs of colour onto my nails. The 2 colour polishes that I used were Collection 2000 Hot Looks 30 Sherbet Lemons and Rimmel Lycra Pro 322 Sweet ‘N’ Spicy.

Then I stamped! I used Pueen‘s 79 plate (which is part of Pueen‘s Buffet Leisure collection) and a home-made black polish.

I really liked this mani. It doesn’t look super cool when you stare at it from up close, but in real life it looked great.

Have you ever applied nail polish with a make-up wedge or sponge? If so, how did it turn out? And if not, why not?! 😜 Feel free to comment. And thanks for reading!
