Maxbrands My Skin Facial Sheet Mask “Panda Face”

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Maxbrands My Skin Facial Sheet Mask “Panda Face”. This sheet mask with cucumber extract promises to improve skin elasticity and to boost the skin. You’re supposed to cleanse your face first, then put the mask on, leave it on for 10-15 minutes – and then rinse it off.

I’ve given this sheet mask a try, and I think it’s alright. I don’t think it did much for my skin, but it felt mildly refreshing and hydrating. The essence wasn’t too sticky (not that it would have mattered considered the essence has to be rinsed off anyway), and I liked the cute panda print.

This is not the most special face mask, but hey, it looks cute! Maxbrands My Skin Facial Sheet Mask “Panda Face” is available as a 25ml single use mask. I paid 50p (independent bargain store).

The Crème Shop Calm Down, Skin! Animated Animal Face Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about a very cute looking product – The Crème Shop’s Calm Down, Skin! Animated Animal Face Mask. This sheet mask contains pink grapefruit, and it promises to soothe the skin.

This masks works like almost any other sheet mask out there – wash your face, enjoy the mask for 15-20 minutes, then treat your skin to a massage using the leftover essence from the sachet.

I’ve given this mask a try, but I haven’t found it to be soothing. I do think this is a good mask, but it does the opposite of what it claims to do. This mask feels more like an oil-absorbing and pimple-busting anti-breakout mask.

The mask itself didn’t look as cute as expected, and the eyes were a little creepy. However, the mask was a good fit for my face.

I’m not unhappy with these masks at all. However, I would have preferred it if they hadn’t been labelled as soothing when they do the opposite. If you’re interested, The Crème Shop’s Calm Down, Skin! Animated Animal Face Mask is available as a pack of 3 sheet masks. I paid £4 (TK Maxx).

Face Facts Reindeer Sheet Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about a face mask I tried just recently – Face Facts Reindeer Sheet Mask with blackberry extract, panthenol and sodium hyaluronate. This face mask promises to leave skin feeling nourished and refreshed. The instructions state that the mask should be left on for 20-30 minutes.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s really good. I didn’t expect the mask to be both refreshing and hydrating – but it kept its promise! When I removed the mask, my face looked and felt hydrated, and some of the essence was still “sitting” on my skin. I was also happy with the fit of the mask. So yeah, the mask was actually quite enjoyable!

Based on my experience, I’d recommend this face mask! This Face Facts Reindeer Sheet Mask with blackberry extract is available as a 20ml single-use sheet mask. On the packaging, it states that the mask is vegan, that it was not tested on animals, and that it’s paraben-free. If the mask is something you’d like to try (or buy as a stocking filler), you can get it at Home Bargains. I don’t remember the exact price for the mask, but it was under £1.

Primark Holler And Glow Flipping Out Printed Sheet Mask

Hi there! Today I’m reviewing Primark‘s Holler And Glow Flipping Out Sheet Mask. This is a printed sheet mask that promises to hydrate skin deeply. The essence contains rosemary extract, green tea, aloe vera, licorice root extract as well as witch hazel.

This face mask is easy to use – cleanse your skin, place the mask on your face, leave it on for 15 minutes, then massage the leftover essence into your skin.

This mask contains 22ml of essence. This is enough for 2 masks! So once I was done with the sheet mask, I didn’t throw it away. I threw it back into the sachet for it to soak up the leftover essence. And then I enjoyed another sheet mask right away!

Whilst the sheet mask looked cute, I didn’t like the essence because it felt heavy and sticky as soon as I took off the mask. I’m sure you can imagine my disappointment… It also appeared that the mask clogged my pores because my skin broke out a few hours later. I wasn’t impressed!

I won’t repurchase this face mask. But if you’d like to give it a try, Primark‘s Holler And Glow Flipping Out Sheet Mask is available as a 22ml single-use sheet mask. I paid £1 (sale).
