Nail Of The Day – Rimmel 60 Seconds 703 White Hot Love, Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir, Yes Sir! & Stamping With Pueen 39 / Nail Art Challenge #26 Inspired By A Pattern

upload-1Hi there! I’ve got another nail post for you today. I’m continuing with the 31 Days Nail Art Challenge. And today’s mani is my attempt at challenge #26 Inspired By A Pattern.

The pattern that inspired me to do this mani is the purple butterfly print on one of my scarves.

I’ve used said scarf as backdrop for a few product photos. If you’re interested, you can see the scarf here and here.

Whilst my mani isn’t a copy of the butterfly pattern, I’m happy with it. In addition, the nail challenge wasn’t about copying anything, but to be inspired by something. So I think I did alright! 🙂

For this mani I used the following products:
Rimmel 60 Seconds 703 White Hot Love (white base, 2 coats),
Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir, Yes Sir! (stamping colour),
Pueen‘s 39 stamping plate (from Pueen‘s Love Elements collection),
JQ-L04 stamping plate,
Flowers 02 stamping plate

Nail Of The Day – Ciaté Kiss Chase And Stamping With Pueen Love Elements 39 & 46

Ciate Kiss Chase Pueen Love ElementsHi there! Since it’s time for another mani post, I thought I show you one of the manis I wore last week.

For this mani I painted my nails with Ciaté Kiss Chase (two coats). I like the cute pink shade, and I’m impressed with how quickly the polish dried. Well done, Ciaté!

The stamping plates I chose for this mani were Pueen’s 39 and 46 plates from Pueen’s Love Elements stamping collection. I love the images. They’re all so cute.

The black polish I stamped with is the one and only Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto. It’s not a real stamping polish, but it stamps perfectly.

Nail Of The Day – Watercolours & Stamping Featuring Rimmel, Revlon, NYC and more

uploadHi there! Today I want to show you the cute mani I did the other day. I wasn’t sure if it would work out, but I really liked it. And the best thing is that it was really easy to do!

I used NYC In A Minute 019 Perfect Day (light grey, two coats) as my base colour.

Then I chose four colours as my watercolours:
Rimmel French White Tip Pro 110 French White (white),
Rimmel I ♥ Lasting Finish 406 Cute As A Kitten Heel (yellow),
Revlon Colorstay 110 Marmalade (orange),
Fearne Minty Maggie (mint green).

And then I sponged on the watercolours. It’s exactly this: I dabbed on the colours randomly – with a make-up sponge. It’s really easy. You can’t get it wrong.

The last step was stamping on the butterflies. I used images from six different stamping plates. One of those plates was Pueen 39 from Pueen’s Love Elements collection. All the other plates were unbranded ones. The black polish I used to stamp on the images was Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto.

Please feel free to tell me what you think of this mani. And thanks for stopping by.
