Nail Of The Day – Rimmel 60 Seconds 622 Oh Boy You’re So Fine & Stamping With Pueen 72

Hi there! Today’s post is about an easy mani I did a few weeks ago.

For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel 60 Seconds 622 Oh Boy You’re So Fine (2 coats).

I love this nail polish. Rimmel’s 60 Seconds formula is fantastic. And I love the milky violet shade very much. It’s just so pretty!

I don’t remember which polish I used as my stamping colour – all I know is that it was, without doubt, a random drugstore nail polish.

I do, however, remember that I used Pueen’s 72 stamping plate. This stamping plate is one of my favourites. It’s part of Pueen’s awesome Stamping Buffet collection.

How do you like this mani? I think it looks really nice. It’s subtle, but not boring. Feel free to comment. And thanks for reading! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Gosh 549 Holographic Hero & Stamping With Pueen 72

upload-1Hi there! Today’s post is another nail post.

I didn’t know what to do with my nails the other day (What else is new…?!).

I wasn’t in the mood for bold colours, pastels or glitter. So in the end I decided to paint my nails with Gosh 549 Holographic Hero (2 coats).

I really like this polish. It dries quickly and it looks very pretty.

Sure, it would look even prettier on a sunny day, but it’s winter, and (unfortunately) there’s nothing I can do about the weather.

And I didn’t have the time or energy to think up a complicated mani, so I went for a super easy stamping mani.

The floral images are from Pueen’s 72 plate (which is part of Pueen’s Stamping Buffet collection). And the black polish I stamped with is Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto.

I think this mani turned out OK. Do you agree? Feel free to get in touch. And thanks for stopping by! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Pueen, Rimmel, Revlon, W7, Orly & Filthy Gorgeous / Nail Art Challenge #21 Inspired By A Colour

Pueen 72Hi there! Today’s post is another Nail Of The Day post. And this mani is another one that counts towards the 31 Days Nail Art Challenge.

So today’s mani is my entry for challenge #21 Inspired By A Colour. Obviously, this colour is blue. 🙂

I painted my thumb, middle finger and pinky with Rimmel 60 Seconds 231 Blue Eyed Girl (2 coats).

And I painted my index and ring fingers with Rimmel Salon Pro 636 Hooray Henry (2 coats).

Then I applied one coat of W7 96 Mosaic to my accent nail (ring finger).

The images I stamped on are from Pueen’s 72 plate (which is part of Pueen’s Stamping Buffet collection).

And I used the following nail polishes to stamp on the images:
Orly Snowcone (pinky and thumb),
Revlon Brilliant Strength 110 Hypnotize (middle finger),
Filthy Gorgeous Midnight (index finger)

I think this mani turned out great. I like the colours that I picked, I love the glitter accent, and I think the images are almost perfect. Do you agree? Feel free to tell me what you think. And thanks for stopping by!

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel Salon Pro 444 Seduce & Stamping With Pueen 72

Rimmel Essence Pueen StampingHi there! Today’s post is another nail of the day post. I did this mani a few weeks ago. It didn’t turn out as pretty as I had hoped. But it’s not a nail fail. 🙂

I painted my nails with Rimmel Salon Pro 444 Seduce (pinky, middle finger, index finger, thumb) and MUA White Wash (ring finger).

I wanted to stamp white on purple and purple on white. So I used Essence’s fantastic white stamping polish – and Rimmel 444 Seduce.

The exotic floral image is from Pueen’s 72 plate (from Pueen’s Stamping Buffet collection) which is one of my favourite plates.

All in all, I’m happy with the mani. Yes, it’s unfortunate that the purple polish didn’t stamp very well. However, I can look past that. 🙂 Feel free to let me know what you think and thanks for reading!

Nail Of The Day – Astor Fashion Studio 242 Aqua Leaf & Stamping with Pueen 72

Astor Aqua Leaf PLUS Pueen 72Hi there! Here’s another quick nail post. My nails have recovered since I filed them down after breaking one a couple of weeks ago – this usually means that disaster is about to strike again…

But in the meantime I can paint and stamp as I like. 🙂 I’m now wearing Astor Fashion Studio 242 Aqua Leaf. This polish is quite thick so it wasn’t as easy to apply as I hoped. So yeah, it didn’t look right.

On top of that I woke up to streaks and sheet marks (I blame the hot weather) so I had to do something.

I thought stamping would be the easiest option, so I chose a random black nail polish and one of my Pueen stamping plates, Pueen 72 from Pueen’s first Stamping Buffet collection, to cover up the sheet marks.

It’s not perfect, but if you don’t stare at my nails for too long, you’ll probably agree that this mani doesn’t look too bad considering how horrible my nails looked when I woke up. Plus: I’ve learnt that all-over stamping is a great idea when you have little time to fix your mani properly.
