Radox Detoxed Bath Salts With Acai Berry

Hi there! Today’s post is about these Radox Detoxed Bath Salts With Acai Berry with promise to help you de-stress and unwind. The salts are a sea salt blend, scented with the sweet and fruity fragrance of acai berries. Simply use 2-3 handfuls of these bath salts for a full bath.

I’ve given these bath salts a try, and I love them! The fragrance is amazing – sweet, pink, fruity and tropical. It’s very enjoyable! I had a post-workout bath with these bath salts, and it was amazing. My husband also gave these bath salts a try, and he loved them just as much. These bath salts will become a regular purchase!

If you’re interested, Radox Detoxed Bath Salts With Acai Berry are available as a 900g pouch. I paid £2.25 (special offer at Sainsbury’s).

Radox Muscle Relax Bath Salts With Peppermint Scent

Hi there! Today’s post is about these Radox Muscle Relax Bath Salts With Peppermint Scent. Whilst I’m not the biggest fan of peppermint-scented toiletries, I bought these because they were better than half price at Sainsburys.

How do they work? They’re pretty standard – simply use 2-3 handfuls of these salts, let them dissolve in the bath water and let them “soothe your tired muscles“.

I’ve used these bath salts twice, and I didn’t really like them. The peppermint scent is one thing, but what really annoyed me was that these balts salts have a strong cooling effect. I tried to have a nice, warm bath, but thanks to these bath salts, it felt like there was a layer of ice water between my body and the warm water.

My husband ended up finishing these bath salts. He didn’t hate them but he told me I don’t have to repurchase them. If you like cooling bath salts, especially after a workout, you might want to give these a try. Radox Muscle Relax Bath Salts With Peppermint Scent are available as 1kg for about £4.99. I paid £2.25.

Radox Mineral Therapy Sleep Aromatherapy Bath Salts With Lavender & Ylang Ylang

Hi there! Happy Tuesday! Today’s post is about these Radox Mineral Therapy Sleep Aromatherapy Bath Salts With Lavender & Ylang Ylang.

These bath salts are made with 100% pure sea salt and scented with what Radox calls its “DreamScentz fragrance” which, according to Radox, improves sleep quality. For one bath, you’re supposed to use about 2-3 handfuls (or 4-5 for an extra intense mineral experience) of these bath salts.

I already finished the entire pouch – with the help of my husband, who also used these bath salts once or twice. And I’m happy to report that I (well, we) found these bath salts very nice. They make for a very relaxing bath, and the fragrance is very “purple” – it’s a strong, powdery lavender and ylang ylang fragrance. Really good stuff!

These bath salts will be a regular purchase from now. If you’re interested, Radox Mineral Therapy Sleep Aromatherapy Bath Salts With Lavender & Ylang Ylang are available as 900g. I paid £2.25 (Sainsburys).

Empties – June 2021

Hi there! It’s the first of a new month (wow, halfway through the year already…), and this means that today’s post is about all the products I finished last month. As always, I used a bunch of single-use face masks, and you can read about my latest face mask finds if you click here. Now, let’s look at the big bottles, tubes and tubs!

1 Agent Provocateur Fatale Eau De Parfum (50ml) – what a beautiful fragrance! I’ve already repurchased it – and I went for the big 100ml bottle this time!

2 Boots Vitamin C Brightening Cleansing Gel – this is a good face wash. But the strong yuzu scent put me off, and that’s why I won’t repurchase this face wash.

3 Anna Sui L’Amour Rose Versailles Eau De Parfum – this is a really nice fragrance, and I enjoyed wearing it very much, but I won’t buy it again.

4 Harmony Hair Indulgence Herbal Conditioner With Ginseng Extract – I loved this conditioner (and the matching shampoo) so much! I’m sad this line has been discontinued. 😢

5 Imperial Leather Tropical Rainforest & Exotic Papaya Shower Gel – I love this shower gel! Repurchase? Yes!

6 Imperial Leather Cotton Clouds & White Cashmere Shower Cream – this shower gel is very good too, and I hope to buy it again soon.

7 Sanctuary Spa Heel Balm – a very good product. It’s too expensive, so I won’t buy it on its own, but I’d be delighted to find it in another Sanctuary Spa gift set.

8 Radox Mineral Therapy Muscle Soak Bath Salts – I really enjoyed these bath salts. I will buy them again!

9 Westlab Mindful Epsom & Himalayan Salts With Frankincense & Bergamot – these were good but not great. I might buy them again for half price, but I might not.

10 Westlab Cleansing Himalayan Salt – I like these a lot. Whilst these salts are unscented, they make my skin feel amazing. I enjoy using these on their own or mixed in with scented bath salts. I will buy these bath salts again, no doubt!

And this is everything for this month. Not a huge number of products, but finishing bath salts (those Westlab ones are 1kg each) frees up a lot of space under the sink! I expect a bit of skin care to finish next month, and at least 4 shower gels as well, so there should be more than 10 products in total.

Radox Mineral Therapy Muscle Soak Bath Salts

Hi there! Today’s post is about these Radox Mineral Therapy Muscle Soak Bath Salts which I can’t believe I’ve never tried before. These bath salts contain thyme extract. They promise to help relieve muscle aches and to leave skin feeling silky smooth. You’re supposed to use 2-3 handfuls of these bath salts for your bath.

I’ve given these bath salts a try, and I’m glad I did! The bath salts have a subtle marine and slightly herbal scent, they dissolve in no time, they turn the bathwater light blue (I like!), and they do leave skin feeling smooth. I think these bath salts are very enjoyable and relaxing, and my husband agrees. These will be a regular purchase from now on!

Radox Mineral Therapy Muscle Soak Bath Salts are available as 400g for about £1. Depending on how much product you use, the pack should be sufficient for 3-4 baths.
