Nail Of The Day – Revlon Colorstay 250 Rich Raspberry, Models Own Goose & Stamping With Pueen 84

Hi there! I have a Nail Of The Day post for you today. 🙂

For this mani I painted my nails with Models Own Goose (2 coats, pinkies, ring fingers) and Revlon Colorstay 250 Rich Raspberry (2 coats, middle and index fingers, thumbs).

I stamped using Pueen‘s 84 plate (which is part of Pueen‘s Buffet Leisure stamping plate collection) and the amazing Revlon Brilliant Strength 110 Hypnotize which is one of the best non-stamping polishes that stamp well.

Whilst I didn’t love this mani, I did like it. I think it looked cute and bright.

I used Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure 610 Over The Rainblue (1 coat) on my pinkies and ring fingers.

Nail Of The Day – Astor Fashion Studio 004 Deliciously Violet & Stamping With Bundle Monster BM 723

Hi there! Today’s post is about a mani I did quite a while ago.

For this mani I painted my nails with Astor Fashion Studio 004 Deliciously Violet (2 coats). The colour didn’t come out right in the picture. In real life it’s a mix between grey and lilac with tons of micro-shimmer. It’s actually a beautiful colour.

The stamping plate I used is Bundle Monster‘s BM 723 plate which is part of Bundle Monster‘s Secret Garden stamping collection. The black polish I stamped with is Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto.

This wasn’t the most spectacular mani, but I think it looked nice.

Nail Of The Day – Revlon Colorstay 260 Bold Sangria & Gold Foils

Hi there! Here’s another short Nail Of The Day post.

For this mani I painted my nails with Revlon Colorstay 260 Bold Sangria (2 coats).

This is a wonderful polish. I love everything about it – the colour, the formula, the flat brush. Great stuff, Revlon!

I thought that gold foils would look great with the purple base, so I applied small pieces of foil to my nails. Then I applied one coat of clear polish – and that was already it!

I really like this mani because purple and gold always look great together. I also like that no two nails looked the same.

Nail Of The Day – Christmas Nail Ideas / Revlon Colorstay 180 Indigo Night, Stamping & Water Decals

Hi there! Today’s post is about another Christmas-themed mani I did a couple of days ago.

I started by painting my nails with Revlon Colorstay 180 Indigo Night (2 coats).

I love this polish. The formula is a dream to work with, and the colour is stunning.

I used my new unbranded Christmas-themed stamping plate and Orly Snow Cone (which is my favourite light blue polish) to stamp images onto my nails.

The stamping plate isn’t the best because the images didn’t transfer perfectly. However, no one gets that close to my nails in real life. So no one noticed. 🙂

I used water decals on my ring fingers to make the mani look more christmassey, and I think it worked! By the way, I’m sorry about those blue splotches in the image. I don’t know where they came from. It can only be a technical issue with the camera. It’s just unfortunate that I didn’t notice it until I wrote the post. And now I’m already 2 coats of polish into a new mani…

All in all I’m happy with this mani. Whilst the stamped images didn’t turn out to be perfect, I still think this mani looks really nice. I also love the blue + light blue + red theme because it’s different from all those standard red/green/gold and blue/silver manis.

What do you think? Feel free to comment. And thanks for stopping by!

Nail Of The Day – Halloween Nail Art Ideas / Revlon Colorstay 090 Sorbet & Stamping With MoYou London Festive 53

Hi there! I’ve got a Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Revlon Colorstay 090 Sorbet (3 coats). I don’t really love the colour, but I think it’s the perfect Halloween-pumpkin colour!

I used MoYou London’s Festive 53 plate and Rimmel 60 Seconds 820 Hot Black To Go to stamp on the images.

I also used one of my unbranded stamping plates to add a few small bats. 🙂

I think this mani turned out OK. I was hoping it would look cooler and cuter, but all in all, it’s not bad, and it’s definitely very halloweeny!

How do you like this mani? Feel free to let me know! And by the way, if you’d like to order from MoYou, you can get 10% off if you order through this link. Oh, in case you’re wondering… yes, I did purchase this stamping plate myself!

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro 430 Black Satin, Barry M Bubblegum, MUA Whitewash & Revlon Colorstay 170 Coastal Surf / A-Z Nail Art Challenge F – Fuzzy Topper

Hi there! Today’s post is about the first mani I did for the A-Z Nail Art Challenge. This challenge is called Fuzzy Topper. Cute, eh?

I have quite a few ‘fuzzy toppers’. But, unfortunately, I rarely use them. So this challenge provides the perfect opportunity to sport one of those fuzzy toppers!

And these are the nail polishes that I used:
Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro 430 Black Satin (base colour, pinkies, index fingers, thumbs),
Barry M Bubblegum (fuzzy topper),
MUA Whitewash (base colour, ring fingers),
Revlon Colorstay 170 Coastal Surf (base colour, middle fingers).

I also stamped! I chose an ornamental floral image for my middle and ring fingers. The stamping plate I used is Pueen’s 74 plate (which is part of Pueen’s Buffet Leisure collection). The black polish I stamped with is Rimmel I ♥ Lasting Finish 080 Black Cab.

How do you like this mani? I think it looks quite nice. And I think I did a good job with these 3 colours! Feel free to comment if you want to. And thanks for stopping by!

Nail Of The Day – Revlon Colorstay 180 Indigo Night & Stamping

upload-1Hi there! Today’s post is about a mani I tried in December. It was supposed to be some kind of a Christmas tree mani – but unfortunately it didn’t really look christmassey at all.

For this mani I painted my nails with Revlon Colorstay 180 Indigo Night (2 coats). I like this polish very much because the formula is easy to work with and this polish is almost a one-coater.

I used Essence’s brilliant white Stampy polish to stamp on the Christmas tree images. The stamping plate I used is a no-name plate.

I think this mani looked quite OK – but it didn’t really work out as a Christmas mani. So from this point of view it’s a partial fail.

Feel free to comment if you want to. And thanks for stopping by! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Ciaté Pepperminty & Stamping With Pueen 55 / Nail Art Challenge #4 Green Nails

Ciate Pepperminty Pueen 55Hi there! I think I’m about halfway through the 31 Days Nail Art Challenge. So obviously I still have a few manis to do.

And today’s post is my entry for challenge #4 Green Nails. 🙂

For this mani I painted my nails with Ciaté Pepperminty (2 coats).

Since the mani was supposed to be ‘green’, I chose Revlon Colorstay 225 Jungle as my stamping colour.

The image I chose to stamp onto my nails is from Pueen’s 55 plate (which is part of Pueen’s Stamping Buffet collection).

I think this mani turned out quite alright. It’s not too flashy, it’s not too boring. It’s just perfectly wearable.

Any comments? Please feel free to let me know what you think. And thanks for stopping by! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Revlon Colorstay 090 Sorbet & Stamping With Bundle Monster BM-S161 / Nail Art Challenge #12 Stripes

upload-1Hi there! This is my first nail post of the year – and I’m continuing with the 31 Days Nail Art Challenge. This mani is my entry for challenge #12 Stripes.

I didn’t fancy ‘proper’ stripes, so I went for animal stripes.

For this mani I painted my nails with Revlon Colorstay 090 Sorbet (2 coats). I’m not a big fan of orange nail colours in general, so whenever I wear orange polish, I stamp!

The image I chose is from Bundle Monster’s BM-S161 plate which is part of Bundle Monster’s Fuzzy & Ferocious collection.

The black polish I stamped with is the phenomenal Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto.

I managed to smudge a few of the images – again. This is what happens when I do my nails 20 minutes before bed time. However, I was still pleased with the mani. It’s not the most individual mani, but in real life it looked surprisingly nice.

Feel free to comment if you want to. And thanks for reading!
