Nail Of The Day – Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir Yes Sir, Boots No. 7 Hot To Trot, Foils, & Stamping With MoYou London

Hi there! Happy Monday, everyone! Today’s post is about this mani that I did about 2 weeks ago.

For this mani I painted my nails with Boots No. 7 Hot To Trot (2 coats, pinkies, ring fingers). This is an amazing polish. With most gold, silver and metallic shades, you get visible brushstrokes – but not with this one! 😍 For the images I used my MoYou London Zodiac 01 stamping plate and a black Rimmel polish.

I painted my thumbs, index and middle fingers with Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir Yes Sir (2 coats). I like this polish a lot. It looks great on its own – but I think it looks even better with those cute rainbow foils. 🌈

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir Yes Sir & Gold Foils

Hi there! I’ve got a short and sweet Nail Of The Day post for you today.

For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir Yes Sir (2 coats). This is one of my favourite dark purple polishes. I just love everything about it!

Since gold and purple is one of my favourite colour combos, I used some leftover gold foil to beautify the mani. I think I did well! I really liked this mani!

If you’d like to try foils, I’ve done a pictorial which is very easy to follow, and there are a few tips and tricks. If you’re interested, you can have a look here.

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir Yes Sir, Essie Rock At The Top & Stamping With Nicole Diary 076

Hi there! Welcome to Nail Week. I’ll be posting about manis only until Sunday. Without further ado, here’s the first mani.

Alrighty! For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir Yes Sir (2 coats, pinkies, ring fingers).

The pretty top coat is Essie Rock At The Top (1 coat).

The light blue base on my thumbs, index and middle fingers is a nameless mini nail polish from Claire’s Accessories (3 coats – 2 would have been fine too).

For the images I used my Nicole Diary 076 stamping plate.

I double-stamped using a grey polish (NYC In A Minute 019 A Perfect Day) and a black polish (some old Rimmel polish).

Nail Of The Day – Primark PS… Snow White & Stamping With Maniology BM-XL218

Hi there! I hope you had a great weekend! 😊

Today’s post is about a mani I did a few weeks ago.

For this mani I painted my nails with Primark PS… Snow White (2 coats). This is a great polish. Primark did a fantastic job with this one!

For the images I used my Maniology BM-XL218 stamping plate. The purple polish I stamped with is Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir Yes Sir.

I actually wanted to stamp with one of my near-empty purple polishes (Miss Sporty, L’Oréal), but unfortunately, I couldn’t find them. Typical, I know! 🤣

Nail Of The Day – Foils & Stamping Feat. Rimmel, Revlon, MoYou London, etc.

Hi there! A few weeks ago I did a colourful mani. I had no idea what I was going for, but I did like the result!

For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir Yes Sir (middle and ring fingers, thumbs, 2 coats) before I applied leftover gold foil.

For the other nails I made decals! I used my unbranded stamping mat, MoYou London‘s cute Flower Power 16 plate and a number of colour polishes:

Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto (black), Primark PS… Nail Polish Snow White, Rimmel Salon Pro 500 Peppermint, NYC In A Minute 900 Wonder Purple, and a nameless Beauty UK polish in a maroon colour.

As I said earlier, I liked this mani a lot. I will be doing something similar in the not too distant future! Alrighty, this post is the last one for this week. This means that Nail Week has come to an end. I’m back tomorrow with a product review! Thanks for stopping by!

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir Yes Sir! & Foils

Hi there! I’ve got a Nail Of The Day post for you today. For this mani I painted my nails with Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir Yes Sir! (1 coat). I love this dusty purple colour!

Then I applied large chunks of rainbow foil. Initially I wanted a more subtle look, but I couldn’t stop myself, and so I ended up with a very colourful mani.

I liked how this mani turned out. It was very eye-catching, and I got a few compliments from random strangers.

Have you done foil nails before? If yes, how did you like them? If not, why not? What colour nail polish are you wearing at the moment? Feel free to comment. And thanks for stopping by!

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel 60 Seconds 703 White Hot Love, Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir, Yes Sir! & Stamping With Pueen 39 / Nail Art Challenge #26 Inspired By A Pattern

upload-1Hi there! I’ve got another nail post for you today. I’m continuing with the 31 Days Nail Art Challenge. And today’s mani is my attempt at challenge #26 Inspired By A Pattern.

The pattern that inspired me to do this mani is the purple butterfly print on one of my scarves.

I’ve used said scarf as backdrop for a few product photos. If you’re interested, you can see the scarf here and here.

Whilst my mani isn’t a copy of the butterfly pattern, I’m happy with it. In addition, the nail challenge wasn’t about copying anything, but to be inspired by something. So I think I did alright! 🙂

For this mani I used the following products:
Rimmel 60 Seconds 703 White Hot Love (white base, 2 coats),
Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir, Yes Sir! (stamping colour),
Pueen‘s 39 stamping plate (from Pueen‘s Love Elements collection),
JQ-L04 stamping plate,
Flowers 02 stamping plate

How do you like this mani? Feel free to get in touch via the comments section. And thank you for reading! 🙂

Nail Of The Day – Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir, Yes Sir & Foils

Rimmel Sir Yes Sir plus FoilsHi there! You can probably tell by now that I’ve got serious nail foil fever. So you won’t be surprised to see that I’ve done another foil mani.

This time I wanted two colours only, so I selected a gold and a fuchsia foil. I had a quick think about which base colour would be the best one, but it didn’t take me long to choose Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir, Yes Sir! – the same polish I used for my last foil mani.

I don’t know if you like this mani (feel free to let me know), but I think the colours look great together and this mani would be fit for a queen. I love this mani so much that I’m already thinking of which polishes and foils I’d have to use to do a similar mani for Christmas. 😀

Nail Of The Day – Rainbow Foils

Rimmel Sir Yes Sir plus FoilsHi there! I haven’t done an all-over rainbow foil mani in ages, so I thought it’s about time to do another one.

I didn’t want the foils to go on a clear base this time, so I painted my nails with Rimmel 60 Seconds 625 Sir, Yes Sir! (on top of a base coat, of course).

When the polish had dried to the point that it was still tacky, I went nuts with foil leftovers in different colours. It looked pretty cool at this point, but I wanted more!

Then I applied a clear polish and added MORE colour from my foil leftovers. I let the mani dry and applied another coat of clear polish. Tadaa – here’s my autumn-style dark rainbow foil mani!

I really loved the finished mani. The last rainbow mani I did in August was pretty cheerful and the colours were lighter. This mani is just as cheerful and colourful, but I love that this time the colours are darker. Feel free to let me know your thoughts on this one.
