NSPA Detoxifying Clay Mask With Charcoal & Menthol

Hi there! Today’s post is about this NSPA Detoxifying Clay Mask With Charcoal & Menthol. This face mask is aimed at combination and oily skin types. It promises to draw out impurities and excess oil for clear and clean skin.

The best way to use the mask is… cleanse your face, apply the mask, leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse it off.

One sachet contained plenty of product; it was enough for 2 faces – so my husband and I were able to share this mask. We found the mask to be cooling and very cleansing, but not drying. We both enjoyed the mask, and I will buy it again, no doubt!

If you’re interested, NSPA Detoxifying Clay Mask With Charcoal & Menthol is available as a single-use 15ml mask for £1.50. Asda often has these masks on special for £1 – which is what I paid.

Luxe Beauty Care Charcoal Spa Treatment Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Luxe Beauty Care Charcoal Spa Treatment Mask. This sheet masked is drenched in an anti-ageing serum with added charcoal powder, vitamin E and sodium hyaluronate It promises to give pores a deep cleanse and to leave skin feeling super soft.

Before you use this mask you’re supposed to cleanse your skin. Then put the mask on, leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse it off. On the back of the pack it says that you shouldn’t go over the 15 minutes to avoid an allergic reaction. 😯

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s alright but not special. This is one of those face masks that you’d enjoy whilst you’re in the bath tub. I don’t think the mask did anything special, but it felt nice on my skin whilst it was on.

I will finish the remaining 4 masks from this pack, but I wouldn’t buy these masks again. If you’re interested, Luxe Beauty Care Charcoal Spa Treatment Masks are available in packs of 5. I paid £4.99 (TK Maxx).

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s really powerful! I could feel the cleansing effect within seconds of placing the mask on my face. It was lovely! Maxbrands Sence Beauty Blackhead Peel-Off Facial Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Maxbrands Sence Beauty Blackhead Peel-Off Facial Mask with charcoal extract. This mask promises to cleanse pores and to exfoliate skin.

This mask also comes with a warning – this is powerful stuff, and it should only be used as directed. So use it on your forehead, nose and chin area. If you notice any issues with the mask, wash it off immediately!

I knew what to expect with this product because I’ve previously tried its sister product. So when I tried this mask, it there were no surprises. Don’t be alarmed, this mask didn’t cause me any physical harm. However, this mask is super powerful. It pulls out impurities (Say goodbye to the black spots on your nose!) because it really clings to the skin. It also pulls out facial hair, so if you’re sensitive, you should shave your face before you use this mask. Otherwise it will rip out all of your peach fuzz!

All in all, this mask is simply amazing. I’d recommend it to everyone with skin impurities (assuming you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients). Just make sure you read the warning that comes with the product and follow the instructions, OK?

Maxbrands Sence Beauty Blackhead Peel-Off Facial Mask is available as a pack of 5 for 99p (Home Bargains, Poundstretcher). This is a total bargain!

Hi there! Today’s post is about this single use Montagne Jeunesse 7th Heaven Charcoal Peel Off face mask.

This face mask promises to cleanse and to detoxify skin. Using the mask is easy – apply it to your face, let it dry (which takes around 20 minutes), then peel it off.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s really good. It’s definitely one of Montagne Jeunesse’s more effective peel off masks.

What else is great? This mask is 100% vegan & certified cruelty-free (it carries the Leaping Bunny logo). Yay!

Montagne Jeunesse 7th Heaven Charcoal Peel Off face mask is available as a 10ml single use face mask for £1 (with a 3 for 2 offer at Home Bargains!).

Bioré Charcoal Whipped Purifying Detox Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Bioré Charcoal Whipped Purifying Detox Mask. This is a cooling mask that promises to purify the skin. You’re supposed to leave this mask on for 5 minutes – then wash it off with warm water. I’ve given this mask a try, and here’s what I think…

I think this mask is sensational! I didn’t care for the cooling effect, but this mask is amazing in every other way. First of all, the mask didn’t dry which made it easy to rinse it off. The mask made my pores appear much, much smaller, it made my skin look matte and clear, and it didn’t cause any redness or dry patches. This is great!

Before I used the mask I had a few minor impurities and 2 red spots – by the time I had washed the mask off, one of the red spots had shrunk to a tiny little pink dot and the other one had disappeared along with all the minor impurities. Wow! WOW!

The best thing is that one sachet provided enough product for me and for my husband. So we got 2 face masks for the price of 1! If you’re interested, Bioré Charcoal Whipped Purifying Detox Mask is available as 15ml. I paid £1 (Savers).

Rata & Co. Activated Charcoal & Natural Clays Sheet Face Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Rata & Co. Activated Charcoal & Natural Clays Sheet Face Mask. This face mask promises to… cleanse, purify, calm, replenish and condition the skin. It contains coconut charcoal, shea butter, collagen and clay.

You’re supposed to cleanse your skin, place the mask on your face, leave it on for 10 minutes, then take it off and wash your face again… and you’re good to go.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s alright. It feels cleansing for sure, but I don’t think that it “conditions” the skin. I’ve used 3 of these masks, and I’ve noticed that they leave my skin feeling dry. It’s nothing that a bit of moisturiser can’t fix, but it’s disappointing when a product does the opposite of what it claims to do. I’ll use the remaining 2 masks from the pack, but I won’t repurchase them.

Rata & Co. Activated Charcoal & Natural Clays Sheet Face Masks are available in packs of 5 masks. I paid £3 (TK Maxx).

XBC Black Tissue Charcoal Detox Facial Mask

Hi there! Today’s post is about this XBC Black Tissue Charcoal Detox Facial Mask with hyaluronic acid and, you guessed it, charcoal. This face mask promises to fight blemishes and to purify and revitalise the skin.

The instructions on the back of the sachet state that you should cleanse your skin, then place the mask on your face, leave it on for 20 minutes, rinse, pat dry – and you’re good to go.

I’ve used this mask, and whilst I didn’t love it, I did like it. I found this mask to be cooling, refreshing and cleansing. It made my face look clean and clear. I don’t think it had a moisturising effect, but I didn’t expect this anyway because this mask is supposed to be rinsed off after use.

XBC Black Tissue Charcoal Detox Facial Mask is available as a 28ml single use sheet mask. I paid 99p (B&M Bargains).

The Crème Shop Clean Up, Skin! Animated Koala Face Mask

Hi there! It’s been a while since I picked up this pack of 3 The Crème Shop Clean Up, Skin! Animated Koala Face Masks. I’ve finally gotten around to use these masks, and here’s what I think.

These masks are regular sheet masks. The instructions are fairly standard – cleanse your skin, place the mask on your face, leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then massage the leftover essence into your skin.

This mask promises to purify skin and to make pores appear smaller. On the back of the sachet it literally says “Say goodbye to gunk”. This sounds great!

A look further down on the back of the sachet shows that these masks contain bamboo charcoal powder as well as a number of plant extracts (with lemon fruit extract being one of them). I was really happy to read this because I love charcoal and all things citrus in skin care!

To make a long story short – this is an excellent face mask! Whilst the sheet mask itself is on the heavier side, the overall fit was quite good. I enjoyed the essence very much, and I’m happy to confirm that this mask does indeed shrink pores! On top of this, I was thrilled to find that this mask has a brightening effect, and that it made my skin glow! Truly fantastic stuff!

I would love to repurchase these face masks, and I would recommend them to everyone who wants sheet masks which have a toning and brightening effect. The Crème Shop Clean Up, Skin! Animated Koala Face Masks are available in packs of 3. I paid £4 for 3 masks at TK Maxx.

Beauty Formulas Detoxifying Bubble Mask With Activated Charcoal

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Beauty Formulas Detoxifying Bubble Mask With Activated Charcoal which I tried just recently. This is a bubble sheet mask that starts to foam as soon as you open the sachet. So its best to use it pretty much immediately after opening.

This mask promises to cleanse pores deeply and to leave skin feeling refreshed and revitalised. A look at the ingredients on the back of the sachet reveals that this mask is loaded with good stuff like charcoal powder, witch hazel, lemon and pomegranate extracts, and other quality ingredients.

I’ve given this mask a try, and I think it’s very good. I could feel that my skin was given a deep cleanse as the bubbles started to form. When I washed my face after I’d removed the mask, it felt perfectly clean, smooth and refreshed. I think my skin looked a bit brighter as well. In addition, this mask was awesome fun to use!

I think this is the best bubble sheet mask I’ve tried so far. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and I will stock up! Beauty Formulas Detoxifying Bubble Mask With Activated Charcoal is available as a single-use mask. I paid £1 (B&M Bargains).
