Reducing My Oldies Stash – Yves Rocher Les Plaisirs Nature Organic Raspberry Shower Gel & Silky Lotion

Hi there! Today I’m reviewing 2 products that have been sitting in my stash for quite some time – Yves Rocher Les Plaisirs Nature Organic Raspberry Shower Gel & Silky Lotion. 🙂

The shower gel is simply amazing. It leaves my skin feeling cleansed but not stripped. And the fragrance is the most wonderful sweet and juicy raspberry fragrance. Awesome stuff!

The silky lotion is pretty much perfect as well. It smells just as great as the shower gel. And I love the formula – the body lotion is quick and easy to apply, and it melts into the skin (great for workday mornings). I love it!

I think these 2 products are sensational. Because of this I’m sad that Yves Rocher discontinued the entire raspberry collection. However, it appears that Yves Rocher seems to reinvent the Les Plaisirs Nature collection every couple of months – so I hope they’ll reintroduce the raspberry collection. If they do, I’ll be stocking up! 🙂

Reducing My Oldies Stash – Yves Rocher Lemon Basil Refreshing Shower Gel

Hi there! It’s been a while since I bought Yves Rocher’s Lemon Basil Refreshing Shower Gel.

But since this shower gel has now been repackaged and reintroduced as part of Yves Rocher’s Plaisirs Nature collection, I thought I should finally try it!

This shower gel contains essential oils of lemon and basil, and it promises to cleanse skin gently and to leave skin smelling delicately perfumed.

Is it good? Yes, I think this shower gel is quite nice. It doesn’t dry out my skin, and the fresh fragrance is perfect for spring and summer. I really enjoy it!

Now that Yves Rocher recycled this fragrance for their Plaisirs Nature collection, they offer several Lemon Basil products: 200ml shower gel, 400ml shower gel, 200ml exfoliating shower gel and 15g bath cube.

Have you tried this product? How did you like it? Feel free to get in touch. And thanks for stopping by!

Yves Rocher Organic Vanilla Eau de Toilette

YR VanillaHi there. Today I’m writing about about one of my all-time favourite vanilla fragrances. It’s gorgeous, it’s cheap, it’s Yves Rocher Organic Vanilla Eau de Toilette.

This wonderful vanilla fragrance is pure and authentic; it smells of real bourbon vanilla.  Every time I spray it, I think of vanilla cake, cupcakes, candy, muffins and cookies. It’s the ultimate vanilla cookie dough fragrance!

I also think it’s the perfect fragrant companion on cold winter days. It’s like a warm embrace in a bottle.

Another bonus is that it’s quite longlasting. It easily lasts for about four to six hours on me (it lasts longer when layered over a body lotion or body butter – preferably a vanilla-scented one). Five sprays in the morning and five sprays on my lunch break are enough for the entire day.

The delightful Yves Rocher Organic Vanilla Eau deToilette is available as 20ml for £5 or 100ml for £9.50.

Have you tried this one? If not, what’s your favourite vanilla fragrance?
