Revisiting Old Favourites – Aussie Mega Shampoo & Conditioner

Hi there! Today’s post is about a hair care combo that I loved but haven’t used for ages – Aussie Mega Shampoo & Conditioner. These 2 products are aimed at daily washers like me, and they promise effective everyday cleansing.

Let’s start with the shampoo! I simply love Aussie Mega Shampoo! It smells divine – like gummy bears and flowers. And it cleanses my hair and my scalp gently and effectively. Truly great stuff!

Aussie Mega Conditioner is amazing too. I don’t even need to use a lot of product to condition and to detangle my hair. This stuff is brilliantly effective! I love it!

I’m glad I repurchased these amazing products. It won’t be another 4 years until I pick them up again. In fact, I’m already on the lookout for special offers, so these hair super heroes will become beauty staples!

If you’re interested, Aussie Mega Shampoo is available as 90, 300 and 500ml. Aussie Mega Conditioner is available as 90, 200 and 350ml. Price vary greatly (taking special offers into account).

Aussie Mega Shampoo & Conditioner

Hi there! Today I’m reviewing the hair care products I’m using at the moment – Aussie Mega Shampoo & Conditioner. These 2 products contain kangaroo paw flower extract, and they promise to leave hair soft, shiny and full of bounce.

To be honest, I didn’t expect much from the Mega products. Last year I tried Aussie’s Colour Mate hair care combo which turned my hair into a dry and dull mess. However, I decided to give the Mega products a chance. And here’s what I think…

Aussie Mega Shampoo is simply wonderful. It smells like paradise, and it feels amazing! It expands once it lathers up – this is awesome fun, and it also means that you only need to use a small amount of shampoo. If you’ve never tried this shampoo, you need to change that. I could kick myself for not trying it sooner!

Aussie Mega Conditioner is very nice too. It detangles my hair well – not perfectly, but definitely well enough. However, what’s really important is that this conditioner delivers on its promises! It makes my hair soft, shiny, big and bouncy. This is truly impressive!

I think Aussie did an amazing job with these 2 Mega products – which are in my all-time top 10! I love using them, and I’ll buy them again – soon! Aussie Mega Shampoo (300ml) & Conditioner (250ml) are available for £4.19 each. I paid £1.95 each (special offer).

Aussie Colour Mate Shampoo & Conditioner

Hi there! Today’s post is about Aussie’s Colour Mate Shampoo & Conditioner with wild peach extract. These two hair products for “vibrant, coloured hair that refuses to be dull” promise a gentle cleanse to make sure colour is retained and hair is extra shiny.

I think the shampoo is decent. I’m satisfied it cleanses my hair and my scalp well. It doesn’t feel drying and the fragrance is alright (nice enough, generic, forgettable). In summary, this is an average shampoo.

The conditioner is below average. It helps detangle my hair in the shower, but it doesn’t make my hair feel soft or silky. I’ve never had dry hair, but thanks to this conditioner I think I’m halfway there!

In addition to the dryness, I’ve also noticed that my hair hasn’t been as glossy as usual. So based on my experience I’d say that these 2 products don’t deliver on their promise at all, and I won’t be buying them again. If you think these products are good, I recommend you try other products. Cheap brands like Alberto Balsam do much better products!
