Pure Awesomeness – Scinic Sparkling Pore Toner

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Scinic Sparkling Pore Toner which I found at TK Maxx. This toner with sodium hyaluronate, lemon, lime and plenty more botanical extracts promises to remove sebum and dead skin cells, to soothe the skin and to make pores appear smaller.

I’ve been using this toner for a few weeks now, and I love it! Wow, what a product! Since this toner contains lemon and lime extracts as well as other fruit extracts, it has a brightening effect on the skin. It’s amazing! This toner has insane cleansing powers. It makes my face look and feel clean and clear, but at the same time it doesn’t feel drying at all. This is, without doubt, one of the best toners I’ve ever used!

Based on my experience, I’d recommend this awesome toner. If you’re interested, Scinic Sparkling Pore Toner is available as 150ml. I paid £6 at TK Maxx.

Scinic Vita Ade Eye Cream

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Scinic Vita Ade Eye Cream which I’ve been using for a little while now. This eye cream promises to moisturise and to brighten dull skin around the eyes. It also claims to improve skin’s elasticity and to reduce wrinkles.

This eye cream contains plenty of amazing ingredients – niacinamide, ceramide, collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamins B, C and E (and others) as well as a number (I stopped counting at 15) of botanics extracts like aloe leaf juice, grapefruit and lime extracts, and many more!

I think this eye cream is wonderful! It’s one of my 2 all-time favourite eye products (the other one’s Olay’s original eye gel). Here’s why: I love the formula. It’s silky and smooth – almost like a serum. The eye cream is easy to apply, and it sinks right into the skin. It plays well with all the other products I’m using (toner, serum, facial oil, moisturiser, foundation, eyeshadow, etc.), and I have no complaints.

I have no lines around my eyes (Phew!), so I can’t comment on whether this eye cream would help with this. Having said this, I have no reason to doubt this eye cream’s youth-restoring powers because it keeps its other promises. I’m happy to report that this eye cream has improved the elasticity of the skin around my eyes, that it’s wonderfully hydrating, and that is really is brightening!

All in all, I love this eye cream, and there’s not a single thing about it that I’m not 100% happy with. Scinic Vita Ade Eye Cream is one of my new beauty favourites! I’d love to tell you how much product you’re getting, but this isn’t mentioned anywhere – I found this is the case with lots of products from Korea. However, I think it’s more than 15ml. Now, let’s look at the price – I only paid £6 for this fantastic product! Thank you, TK Maxx!

Scinic Aqua All In One Ampoule

Hi there! Today I’m reviewing Scinic’s Aqua All In One Ampoule. I bought this product because I loved the look of it. However, I had to google to find out what it’s supposed to do!

Alrighty, this product promises to revolutionise skin care because it can be used as… a toner, an essence, a serum, a moisturiser, and, apparently, even as a sleeping pack. All you need to do is apply the product to your face.

I’ve been using this product since November 2017 (the current routine is shower, ampoule, eye cream, day cream), so here’s what I think…

I’ve been applying a generous amount of product to my face and neck every day (mornings only) for over 3 months now, and the bottle is still more than half full. I think that’s impressive! However, this is the only thing that’s impressive…

… This product cannot replace a toner because it just doesn’t work. It’s not a serum because it’s nothing like a serum. It can’t be a moisturiser because it’s not hydrating. And it’s certainly not a sleeping pack because no matter how much product you apply, it’ll always dry down to the same dry and dull (yet slightly tacky) mess.

I wanted to love the product, but it’s not working for me. I can’t use it on its own or in conjuction with any of my regular moisturisers because it makes my skin feel dehydrated.

Having said that, this product gives me the chance to use (and hopefully finish) some of the richer (well, greasy) moisturisers that I own – because it manages to suck the oil right out of those greaseball face creams. So… I guess I could say that I did make this product work! 😉

I wouldn’t repurchase Scinic’s Aqua All In One Ampoule. However, if you’re interested, it’s available as 250ml (I believe). I paid £9.99 (TK Maxx).

Haul! Nail Polish, Skin, Body & Hair Care, Korean Beauty, Sheet Masks, Scinic, Ciaté, L’Oréal, MoYou London, Revlon, Aussie & Many More!

Hi there! Today’s post is about the products I bought in November and December 2017. Well, it’s about most of the products I bought. I forgot to take pictures of a few things before I stashed them away… Anyway, let me show you the products I remembered to photograph. 🙂

1 Cellio It’s True Moisture Skin Pearl (£6) – this is, apparently, a toner. I’m looking forward to trying it.

2 Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel Apricot (£4) – this is my 4th product from this brand. I can’t wait to give it a try!

3 Scinic Honey All In One Ampoule (£12.99) – I can’t believe it’s mine! Finally! At the moment I’m using Scinic’s Aqua Ampoule, so this one will have to wait…

4 The Crème Shop – Charcoal & Lemonade Fusion Sheet Masks (£4.99 for a pack of 5 masks) – I’ve already used one of these masks and I’ll post the review in a couple of days.

5 Luxe Beauty Care Charcoal Spa Treatment Mask (£4.99 for a pack of 5 masks) – I bought these because they looked similar to these fantastic masks. I’ll try to test and review these masks asap!

6 Cellio It’s True Moisture Cream (£8) – the awesome packaging lured me in. And I love that this skin care range is called “It’s True”.

7 Cellio It’s True Deep Cleansing & Massage Cream (£6) – this one looks awesome too!

8- 10 Radox Feel Free, Feel Lively & Feel Fresh (£1.48 each, photo deleted by accident) – I’ve never tried these shower gels, and when I spotted them for half price, I thought “why not”. 🙂

11 – 13 Superdrug Face Masks – 99p each with a 3 for 2 offer. 🙂

14 L’Oréal Multi-Masking Play Kit – this was £3.50 for 3 x 10ml which, I think, is good value. In addition, this set gives me the chance to try these L’Oréal masks without having to commit to buying 3 full-sized jars. 🙂

15 + 16 TRESemmé Colour Shampoo & Conditioner – these were £2.69 each (half price offer).

17- 21 MoYou London Stamping Plates (Sci-Fi 4 + 7, Hipster 18, Rebel 6 + 7) – these were between £4.50 and £5.99 with an additional 20% discount.

22 – 25 Aussie Mega Shampoo & Conditioner, Aussie Colour Mate Shampoo & Conditioner – these were £1.95 each (half price offer).

26 Boots Time Delay Wrinkle Reduce Collage Boosting Wrinkle Filler – this was £5 only. Apparently the entire Time Delay collection is getting a makeover, so everything’s on special!

27 + 28 Revlon 050 White On White – I always pick up clear and white polishes from Poundworld and the likes. These were £1 each!

29 Boots Time Delay Deep Cleansing Facial Exfoliator – this was £3 only!

30 Ciaté Mini Mani Month 2017 – this is £50 on Ciaté’s web site, but I got this for £13. The box was a little damaged, and I guess this is why they reduced the price, but all the seals were still intact, so I knew there weren’t any polishes missing. 🙂

How pretty are those polishes?!

This is most of what I bought in November and December. But I’m sure I’ll buy a few more bits and bobs on Boxing Day… Anyway, have you tried any of these products? Or would you like to try them? Feel free to get in touch. And thanks for stopping by!

Hi there! I forgot to do a haul post last month, so today I’m showing you what I bought in September and October. 🙂

I bought a set of 5 SpaScriptions face masks – the set was £4.99. I also bought a set of 5 panda face masks – this set was £4.99 as well. TK Maxx

The last 2 products were £5.99 each, but there was a buy 1 get 1 free offer, so I paid £5.99 in total for the 2 Naturally Radiant products.

I got a few more masks – I couldn’t resist those Hunny Bee grapefruit masks (£4.99 for a set of 5 masks), and I bought another SpaScriptions mask set (£4.99 for a set of 5 masks). TK Maxx

I found an Argan & Marula shampoo and conditioner combo (99p each) and a My Little Pony shower gel (99p). Home Bargains

I got my hands on a Skin Care Chemist Macadamia Beauty Oil (£3), and I bought a Sukin Chia Seed Oil+ Foaming Facial Cleanser set. The set was £7.99 which is excellent value because the chia seed oil is usually £14.95 on its own! TK Maxx

And I bought 2 big jars of compressed sheet masks. These were £4.99 each. The bamboo jar contained 22 masks, the assorted jar contained 23 masks. TK Maxx

Beauty Haul! 20+ New Products – Olay, Ekél, Scinic, Daily Defense, Sukin, Balance, Rimmel, Primark, Sinful Colors, Orly & Max Factor

Hi there! Today’s post is about the beauty, skin care & toiletries I bought in August. Well, this is most of what I bought. There were a few purchases in between, but these were 1 or 2 items only each time, and I already stashed those products away…

Anyway, before I tell you what I bought, I’d like to remind you that I’m still doing 3 out / 1 in which means that I can buy 1 item (make-up, skin care, shower stuff, etc.) for every 3 items that I finish. I’m committed to the 3 out / 1 in policy. However, this time I had to ‘borrow’ from future empties. The offers were just too good! OK, now onto the goodies!

Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting UV Cream – finally, it is mine! This is an import from the US. Olay doesn’t sell this moisturiser in the UK. I’ve read great things about it, and I didn’t have to think twice when I found it for £12.99.

Ekél Natural Clean Peeling Gel Apple & Rice Bran – I bought the Grape version of this Peeling Gel a few weeks ago – and I fell in love with it. So I bought the apple and rice bran versions as well. They were £4.99 each.

Scinic Aqua All In One Ampoule – I’m only 50% sure of what this product is supposed to do. Yeah, I know what ‘all in one’ means, but still… anyway, the reason I bought this was because it just looked so cool. I’ll try to review this one asap. I paid £9.99.

Sukin Facial Recovery Serum – I bought this serum because it was £4.99 only. It’s usually just under £14, so this one was a total bargain.

Balance Active Formula Instant Effect Wrinkle Filler & Dragon’s Blood Eye Lift Balm – I’ve never heard of this brand, but the wrinkle filler was £2.99, and the eye lift serum was £1.99. I can’t wait to test these products!

Daily Defense Argan Oil 3-Minute Leave-In Treatment – So far I’ve been impressed with Daily Defense’s hair products. And that’s why I bought this deep conditioner. It was £1.99 only!

More Daily Defense! I bought the Daily Defense Macadamia Oil Shampoo & Conditioner combo and a massive 946ml Argan Oil Body Wash (which will probably take me a year to finish). These 3 products were 99p each!

I also bought 2 more Max Factor Pan Stiks. The shade 12 True Beige is the perfect shade for me, but I only use it as my winter foundation because it’s not easy to find anymore. The Pan Stiks were 2 for £5.99. I also bought 2 clear Orly polishes for 99p each. And I bought another Rimmel I ♥ Lasting Finish 702 Marshmallow nail polish for 75p. I already have one bottle of this polish, but love these bubblegum purple nail colours so much!

I went to Primark and Poundland again. I picked up 2 cheap white polishes (Primark own brand, 60p each), and 5 Sinful Colors nail polishes (Poundland, £1 each).

This is (most of) the stuff I bought in August. I didn’t need any of these products, but I was lured in again… Have you tried any of these products? If so, how did / do you like them? Or would you like to try any of these products? Feel free to comment. And thanks for stopping by! 🙂
