Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum. This is the old packaging – I bought this product at one of the bargain stores. With this one, I don’t remember the price. Normally, I either write it inside the lid of the box, or I take the product photos and save them in a draft, along with the product size and price. This time I did neither.

Anyhoo, this eye serum is supposed to be used as the fourth step of your skin care routine – cleanser, serum, moisturiser, then the eye serum. This eye serum is fragrance-free, fast-absorbing and and non-greasy. The product promises to renew the youthful look of the eye area, to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and to smooth, brighten and exfoliate the skin.

I’ve been using this product once to twice a day since the beginning of the year, and I love it. I said in a previous post that I have been using a bunch of random products over the second half of 2023, so I didn’t take care of specific skin care concerns. I didn’t think that this would show, however, since I started to use 3 different Olay Regenerist poducts, my skin looks and feels much better.

I’ve noticed that this eye serum has helped brighten the area around my eyes, and it seemed to have filled the fine lines which were starting to show. My eye area looks smoother and refreshed – this isn’t something that would have happened naturally this past cold and wet winter. I can only credit the Olay Regenerist products that I am using – the serum, the night cream, and this eye serum. To sum it up, I am absolutely over the moon with this product (and with the other products from the Regenerist range).

If you’re intersted, Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum is available as 15ml. I have done a quick google search, and I found several online sellers who still sell this amazing product for a bargain price.

Boots Glow Eye Cream

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Boots Glow Eye Cream which I’ve been using for a few months. I finished it earlier this year. And here’s what I think about it.

This eye cream promises to refresh, to rehydrate and to soothe the skin for a brighter and revitalised appearance of the skin around they eyes. Simply use a small amout of product, and use it just like any other eye cream.

I think this eye cream is good but not great. Here’s why.

I like the formula, it is fluid-like, it feels refreshing, and it’s absorbed easily. My skin tolerates it perfectly fine without any issues. It also sits well under my make-up.

I am satisfied that this eye cream hydrates my skin well, but I haven’t seen any improvements. I think this eye cream is “good for maintenance” if you want an inexpensive hydrating eye cream for every day use.

If you’re interested, Boots Glow Eye Cream is available as 15ml for £5. The small tube is not expensive, and it will last for a few months. I bought this eye cream on a 3 for 2 offer, and I would recommend that you check for special offers on Boots own brand products as there’s almost always some sort of offer.

Skin Techniques Vitamin C Eye Serum

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Skin Techniques Vitamin C Eye Serum. This eye serum promises to repair the skin around the eyes and to improve the appearance of wrinkles and dark circles.

You’re supposed to use this product after you’ve cleansed your skin. Simply pat 1-2 drops of this eye serum around the orbital bone without pulling or stretching your skin. Then apply your regular moisturiser.

I’ve been using this eye serum for just 2 weeks now, but I like it a lot! The eye cream that I used for the past 6 (or so) months was nice, but this eye serum is much better. I love the watery formula – it’s very hydrating. The serum plays very well with my other facial products – face mist, moisturiser, make-up and so on. No issues at all!

I’ve also noticed that the skin around my eyes feels smoother. No difference in how it looks though – hey, it’s only 2 weeks. But based on the feel and the rich hydration I’m getting from this eye serum, I’m already very happy with it.

Based on my experience, I’d recommend this product. If you’re interested, Skin Techniques Vitamin C Eye Serum is available as 15ml. I paid £1.49 (B&M Bargains).

Essano Rosehip Visible Lift Eye Crème

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Essano Rosehip Visible Lift Eye Crème for all skin types. This eye cream contains shea butter, rosehip and seed jojoba oils, vitamins A, B3 (Niacinamide) and E, as well as pro-vitamin B5. The packaging states that over 97% of the ingredients are of natural origin.

This eye cream promises what most eye creams promise. It says it will soften and smooth fine lines and wrinkles, firm the skin for a visible lift, even out the skin tone and restore a youthful glow. Use it like any other eye cream = simply dab a small amount around the eye contour area.

I’ve been using this eye cream for over a month now, and I think it’s quite alright. It’s a lot better than the eye gel I used before. This eye cream feels rich and nourishing, but it’s not greasy. I haven’t seen any actual youthful glow or a visible lift, but I like the hydration I’m getting from this eye cream. One thing though – this eye cream could smell better! It smells a bit like furniture polish. Fortunately, the scent isn’t strong, and it doesn’t linger.

In any event, I’m happy to continue to use this product. If you’re interested, Essano Rosehip Visible Lift Eye Crème is available as 15ml. I paid a ridiculous £3 (TK Maxx). On another note, according to the manufacturer, this eye cream is vegan and cruelty-free! 😍

Scinic Vita Ade Eye Cream

Hi there! Today’s post is about this Scinic Vita Ade Eye Cream which I’ve been using for a little while now. This eye cream promises to moisturise and to brighten dull skin around the eyes. It also claims to improve skin’s elasticity and to reduce wrinkles.

This eye cream contains plenty of amazing ingredients – niacinamide, ceramide, collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamins B, C and E (and others) as well as a number (I stopped counting at 15) of botanics extracts like aloe leaf juice, grapefruit and lime extracts, and many more!

I think this eye cream is wonderful! It’s one of my 2 all-time favourite eye products (the other one’s Olay’s original eye gel). Here’s why: I love the formula. It’s silky and smooth – almost like a serum. The eye cream is easy to apply, and it sinks right into the skin. It plays well with all the other products I’m using (toner, serum, facial oil, moisturiser, foundation, eyeshadow, etc.), and I have no complaints.

I have no lines around my eyes (Phew!), so I can’t comment on whether this eye cream would help with this. Having said this, I have no reason to doubt this eye cream’s youth-restoring powers because it keeps its other promises. I’m happy to report that this eye cream has improved the elasticity of the skin around my eyes, that it’s wonderfully hydrating, and that is really is brightening!

All in all, I love this eye cream, and there’s not a single thing about it that I’m not 100% happy with. Scinic Vita Ade Eye Cream is one of my new beauty favourites! I’d love to tell you how much product you’re getting, but this isn’t mentioned anywhere – I found this is the case with lots of products from Korea. However, I think it’s more than 15ml. Now, let’s look at the price – I only paid £6 for this fantastic product! Thank you, TK Maxx!

Olay Anti-Wrinkle Instant Hydration Eye Cream

Hi there! Today’s post is about my current eye cream – Olay Anti-Wrinkle Instant Hydration Eye Cream. This product promises deep hydration to help reduce the signs of ageing around the eye area for fresher, brighter, and more healthy looking skin.

I’ve been using this eye cream twice a day for a month now, and I’ve formed an opinion. So read on and I’ll tell you if this eye cream is any good. 🙂

This fragrance-free eye cream has a gel-like texture that feels light and refreshing when it’s applied to the eye area. It hydrates the skin around my eyes nicely, and it sits well under make-up. And I’m satisfied that my eye area looks fresher and brighter.

I’m really enjoying this eye cream because it does what it promises. I think it’s in my all-time top 5! So yes, I would recommend it!

Olay Anti-Wrinkle Instant Hydration Eye Cream seems to have been discontinued recently. However, it’s available online and in bargain stores. I was able to pick up the 15ml eye cream for £1.99 which is great value! 🙂

Balance Active Formula Dragon’s Blood Eye Lift Balm

Hi there! Today’s post is about an eye cream that I found for £1.99 – it’s called Balance Active Formula Dragon’s Blood Eye Lift Balm. This eye cream promises instant lifting and tightening of the skin around the eyes, and it claims to be wrinkle-smoothing. And on the box it says that it contains a trademarked active breakthrough ingredient…

I’ve been using this eye cream for a month now, and I think it’s OK. I don’t think that it made the skin around my eyes look or feel firmer or smoother at all. However, this eye cream is hydrating without being greasy – this is nice! I’m also happy that this eye cream plays well with my make-up.

So all in all, I would recommend this product – if you’re looking for a simple eye cream that hydrates the skin around your eyes. The standard 15ml tube can be yours for £1.99 which is great value if you consider that the average cheap bottom-shelf eye cream (that doesn’t live up to its promise) is usually at least twice the price of this eye cream.

Have you tried this product? Or would you like to try it? Feel free to get in touch. And thanks for reading! 🙂

Elizavecca Gold CF-Nest White Bomb Eye Cream

Hi there! Today’s post is about my (relatively) new Elizavecca Gold CF-Nest White Bomb Eye Cream. I bought this eye cream in early December last year, and I started to use it about 6 weeks ago (after I lost 2 part-used Superdrug eye creams to my underwear drawer…).

Now, what does this Elizavecca eye cream claim to do? It promises to brighten skin and to help with wrinkles – well, that’s what I gather from Elizavecca’s web site. But I cannot be entirely sure because it appears they overdid it with google translate! 😀 Moving on… like I said, I’ve been using this eye cream for 6 weeks now, so let me tell you if it’s any good.
elizavecca-gold-cf-nest-eye-cream
This eye cream is probably the most nourishing eye cream I’ve ever had. It’s quite rich, but it plays very well with my make-up. I haven’t noticed any issues with make-up balling up or sliding off. However, I don’t think this eye cream has had any brightening effect, and I don’t think it would have an effect on wrinkles.

I would recommend this eye cream to anyone who’s looking for a hydrating eye cream that sits well under make-up. I paid £9.99 for a big 30ml tube (TK Maxx). So whilst this eye cream doesn’t work wonders, I think it’s good value nonetheless!

Have you tried Elizavecca’s Gold CF-Nest White Bomb Eye Cream or any other Elizavecca products? Feel free to get in touch via the comments. And thanks for reading!

100% Vegan & Cruelty-Free – Superdrug Vitamin E Skin Care Nourishing Eye Cream

Superdrug Vitamin E Eye CreamHi there! A few weeks ago I emptied my Naturally Radiant eye cream. And since then I’ve been using Superdrug’s Vitamin E Skin Care Nourishing Eye Cream two to three times every day.

This eye cream is rich in natural Vitamin E, it’s high in antioxidants which defend the skin against environmental damage, and it’s aimed at people with normal to dry skin. Sounds great!

And now that I’ve used this eye cream for a few weeks, I can say that I like it.

It’s easy to apply, it sits well under make-up, it hydrates well, and it doesn’t aggravate my dry, sensitive and moody skin. Oh, and it’s free from micro-shimmer particles which is very nice.

So all in all, this eye cream is quite similar to the Naturally Radiant eye cream I’ve used before.

I will definitely continue to use this eye cream. And it’s quite likely I’ll buy it again.

Superdrug’s Vitamin E Skin Care Nourishing Eye Cream is available as 15ml for £2.99. Superdrug runs buy 1 get 2nd half price promotions on Vitamin E Skin Care products frequently.
