Hi there! I’ve got a Nail Of The Day post for you today.
For this mani I painted my nails with 1 coat of Ciaté’s Sugar Plum. And then I sponged on another coat of polish.
Why? Well, the bottle is almost empty, and it was next to impossible to get any polish out of the bottle.
There’s still a little polish left in the bottle, but it won’t be enough for a full mani. It might be enough for 2 accent nails – we’ll see… 🙂
Now back to this mani! The stamping plate I used is Pueen’s 74 plate (you’ve seen it before, and it’s part of Pueen’s Stamping Buffet collection).
And the black polish I stamped with is NYC In A Minute 001 Evil.
I’m really happy with this mani. What do you think? Feel free to comment. And thanks for stopping by! I appreciate it. 🙂
Hi there! Today’s post is about a mani a did a while back. As you can see from the title of this post, I think it’s a fail.
So for this mani I painted my nails with Ciaté Pepperminty. I like this polish because it dries reasonably quickly and it’s opaque in two coats.
I chose an abstract image from Pueen’s 75 plate (from Pueen’s Buffet Leisure collection) which I stamped on with Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto.
There are two reasons why I don’t like this mani. First of all, I hate the image. I don’t even know what it’s supposed to be, and it really doesn’t look good at all.
In addition, Pepperminty reminds me too much of public toilets… So yeah, I’m glad this ugly mani is history! 😀
Hi there! I think I’m about halfway through the 31 Days Nail Art Challenge. So obviously I still have a few manis to do.
And today’s post is my entry for challenge #4 Green Nails. 🙂
For this mani I painted my nails with Ciaté Pepperminty (2 coats).
Since the mani was supposed to be ‘green’, I chose Revlon Colorstay 225 Jungle as my stamping colour.
The image I chose to stamp onto my nails is from Pueen’s 55 plate (which is part of Pueen’s Stamping Buffet collection).
I think this mani turned out quite alright. It’s not too flashy, it’s not too boring. It’s just perfectly wearable.
Any comments? Please feel free to let me know what you think. And thanks for stopping by! 🙂
Hi there! I had no idea what to do with my nails the other day. Stamping? Foils? Maybe both? And which base colour(s) would I use?
After a quick scan of my nail stash I decided to use purple and lilac as my base colours.
So I painted my nails with Revlon Colorstay 260 Bold Sangria (pinky, index, thumb) and Ciaté Sugar Plum (ring and middle fingers).
Up next were the foils. I used leftover foils to add a touch of gold to my pinky, index finger and thumb. Purple and gold really look great together! 🙂
Then I chose a stamping plate – Pueen 93 from Pueen’s Buffet Leisure collection. And I stamped on a floral image with my favourite black, Revlon Colorstay 270 Stiletto.
I think the mani turned out quite alright – considering I was totally uninspired. What do you think? Feel free to let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Hi there! Today’s post is about the mani I did the other day. I got myself a few new stamping plates – with one of them being MoYou London’s Doodles 07 plate. So I thought I’d do a colourful (blue, white, orange) underwater mani!
I used these polishes:
Orly Snow Cone (base colour pinky and thumb, stamped image middle finger).
Revlon Red Bikini (stamped image ring finger).
Ciaté Hopscotch (base colour index finger).
Rimmel I ♥ Lasting Finish 704 Sweet As Sugar (base colour middle and ring fingers).
The amazing Essence Nail Art Stampy Polish in White (stamped image index finger, thumb and pinky).
I really love how this mani turned out. And I have a few more ideas on what to do with this stamping plate. 🙂 A note to myself: Orly Snow Cone and Revlon Red Bikini stamped really well!
